Thanks World Accessible Holidays for sorting out everything for our holiday in Milan - from the flights, transport to our hotel, to getting the right equipment needed by our son - the hoist, electric bed and shower chair. This made everything so much easier. Thanks for being at hand when we needed to negotiate with the providers and for sorting out things that were needed.

The holiday was very enjoyable. Abdi watched a football match of his favorite team and he loved it. The World access travel team was nice and very helpful. Overall, the holiday was amazing and Abdi would love to experience it again.

Just came back from Barcelona, flew with easy jet which was a first since Husband's accident and it all went smoothly. Allocated 1st row seats but arm rests don't go up and he can't sit in the aisle seat for emergency reasons so crew swiftly moved us to second row and swapped with other passengers. Everything was organised well, transfers & special assistance so took the anxiety & stress away! We used World Accessible holidays for Amsterdam via Euro star & for our Kenya trip last year. Paula & Steve go out of their way to help & find solutions and that's because they care & understand. I would thoroughly recommend using them instead of your main high street agents. Thank you

Jasmine and the team were excellent from start to finish with great comms. No need to waste time looking direct at the TUI's, Jet 2 or easyjets etc of the world, just leave it to Jasmine and co at World Access travel. You'll pay no more and all those inter-connecting things like airport special assistance, transfers, scooter hire, hotel and room accessibility etc all effortlessly taken care of and clearly communicated every step of the way. Excellent travel agents, go above and beyond. :-)
The hotel, The Royal Apollonia was in Limassol, Cyprus and it was great and very accessible.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are really helpful, and most important the adapted rooms are excellent. All these rooms are on the ground floor, a few steps out of the patio doors to the pool, and the snack bar. Being close to the pool is not noisy, except for the daily Water Aerobics at 12 noon.
The all inclusive package is very good, but the variety of cocktails available is “alternative”!
There are three pools, the bottom one has a chair lift, and all have rails and stairs.
They have music every night to suit different tastes, and for us the Moonlight Concert Chamber group was the best, lovely music by candlelight.
The food is good, but perhaps caters more for Continental taste. Dining room staff are very helpful, if busy.
A most enjoyable holiday, there is even a beach across the road.

As always World Accessible Holidays came up trumps. Everything taken off your hands and no stone unturned to get all your requirements from adapted transfers to shower chairs. Won’t go anywhere else for our holidays.

Thanks to Jasmine, Paula and Steve we did it! Our first holiday away involving a flight since my husband became a wheelchair user.
Every consideration was covered. Assistance seamless at the airports and to and from the hotel. Hired equipment waiting in situ for our arrival in the room.
And the most valuable bit was the confidence boost that all will be well when I had a wobbly before leaving home!! Big big thanks.

I had an amazing time in Tenerife. Everything was perfectly accessible. The hotel was amazing and beautiful however the room was so small and a little bit difficult for my wheelchair. The shower room was bigger and fabulous. Breakfast was amazing and the Christmas Dinner was a brilliant experience. Staff and people were friendly. I was so impressed how accessible it was on the bus. I went to the beach, I loved it, and it was very accessible. This was amazing. I went to the restaurants, it was so lovely. I went on the accessible boat, I really enjoyed it. I saw the dolphins and the whales. This was the best experience ever.

Great help as supporting an individual with complex needs and mobility issues. Everything was organised for us right from the airport and at the property we were staying.

We booked a private accessible tour to Costa Rica through World Accessible Travel - somewhere that I would not have had the confidence to travel to independently as my husband had a major stroke and has significant physical difficulties.

Paula was endlessly patient with my fiddling with the itinerary, sorted everything out for us and was there in the background the whole time that we were away, providing constant reassurance.

Would definitely recommend. We had a great holiday. They advertise all sorts of destinations on Facebook and are family-friendly so it's worth keeping an eye on their Facebook page

We booked our holiday with Paula & Steve at Worldaccessibleholidays . As a family of 5 including a teenager in a wheelchair planning can be challenging. Using Paula & Steve helped take the stress out of booking. They organised equipment hire, accessible accommodations (2 hotels and a Villa)parking our WAV ant the anirport and special assistance. All questions were answered prior to leaving and Paula and Steve were available 24/7 during our holiday and helped with any issues we had. Can’t thank them enough for making our dream holiday everything we wanted.
What makes booking with world accessible holidays fantastic is Paula especially works so hard to remove the obstacles disabled travellers and their families face. Travelling with medical equipment can be challenging aside from the disabled persons specific mobility needs . We had zoom meeting with the airline and Paula handled all emails and kept us well informed . We wouldn’t hesitate using for all our holiday booking.

The whole experience from start to finish using World accessible travel was great!
Paula and Steve kept us up to date with everything, when there were flight time changes , any delays that were expected etc. The service was great.
They fully understood our families needs and booked a perfect hotel that was totally accessible.
The Occidental playa, Torremolinos was a really nice hotel. The staff were friendly. It was clean and had lovely decor. We had a family deluxe room on the ground floor for the 4 of us, 2 adults , 2children. It had a living area with a sofa that pulled out which did t leave a great deal of space but we weren’t in there that much. The bathroom was a shower wet room with rails by the toilet as well as a seat in the shower.
We upgraded to all inclusive from half board when we arrived. The food was nice , lots of variety and plenty of it.
We will definitely use World accessible travel for future holidays!

Fantastic trip to Lopesan Melanores in Gran Canaria. The service from WAT was phenomenal from start to finish everything was organised from research of the holiday matching our exact needs to transfers and the hotel itself. We found a very suitable hotel that had great access as well as a pool hoist and will absolutely be using them again.

What a fabulous holiday the hotel was fantastic it was near all the local restaurants and bars had a sea view. The whole experience was faultless.thank you Paula for arranging a fab holiday and I will definitely be back next year for another trip.

Paula and Steve made booking our holiday a breeze. They thought of any potential issues before they occurred. My wife has quite big anxiety before going on holiday and they managed to provide a calming and relaxing service.

Just returned from our first family holiday in 6 years with our son who has severe physical and learning disabilities and is a full-time wheelchair user. This was our second booking with the world accessible holiday Team and once again they surpassed our expectations. Booking an holiday for 2 families, 11 in total, one child a full time wheelchair user - no easy task!

Everything was superb - from pricing in the initial days, finding out if the hotels could meet our accessibility requirement, to ensuring we had everything in place we needed for a smooth and seamless trip.

The service at Stansted was sub-standard, but none of this a reflection of the booking process, they just need to up their accessibility game. 🙄

I now recommend her to everyone that finds booking holidays for families with varying needs via the “high street” and absolute joke….. it’s a gap in the market that someone is finally plugging. She provides a 5⭐️ service without the greed of overcharging families who need disability assistance. We are a family of 4, including 2 power chair users, and an ambulant manual wheelchair user. When we have tried to use specialist accessible travel agents before, there has been a ridiculously high premium and we have never been able to afford it. I have therefore never trusted a package before, and booked flights, transport and accommodation separately. This has been a huge amount of work, and the transport has always cost us hundreds of pounds extra. World Accessible Holidays are the first agent who have taken the responsibility of the additional admin as a disabled family, without adding a premium. They also ensured our private accessible transfers did not cost any additional money. Initially Paula, and then Steve too, were amazing from recommending the amazing accessible hotel in the first place, to booking everything we need including airport assistance, transfers, and wheelchairs onto the flight. It was literally a weight off my mind. Amazing service, and great to have the security of a package and an agent.
