I was looking for a place with all mod cons for my brother who is handicaped. This company found me a place for the dates I wanted , but it was to far away. They then found me the perfect chalet with everything for the carers to take full care of my brother. Very easy to book and always helpful. Great experience.

From booking to execution our holiday to Orlando, Florida from Ireland was a major success for the entire family. A quick phone call and we had multiple options and a one stop shop to pick an accesible house, 8 seater wheelchair van, and organise a medical bed and shower chair/hoist to take advantage of the fully accessible house too! Stacey, Lucy and the entire team made sure everything was sorted before our trip and the house and van were amazing along with the medical bed far beyond our expectations. We had a full house for most of the trip (6 bedrooms/12 beds!) and the family and friends had a great time with our disabled daughter having the most fun as it was all set up for her. Definitely will use again if we travel anywhere outside of Ireland in the future as it was perfect! Thank you all again Disabled Holidays!

It was a great experience to book with Disabled holidays. It can be difficult and overwhelming to try to find accommodation that are accesible and have all the necessities for everybody's needs. Once I sent the form, Adam contacted me and helped me with different options and all my questions. He did the process easy and smooth and it put my mind at rest knowing that we will have all the facilities we need for a nice holiday. We will book again with them in the future for sure!

Desperate to find somewhere to holiday with my friends one who is disabled I searched until my head went in circles trying to find somewhere then came across Disabled Holidays, oh the relief to find somewhere that was helpful and pleasant to to talk to unfortunately the area where we wanted was not available however. This is where Adam won his spurs for me parting with a leave it with me I will find somewhere near, great!
Very shortly later Adam came up with two places one being very desirable for our needs after checking with everyone it was OK, calling Adam back the booking was straight forward with some suggestions from Adam which would help my disabled friend while staying.
So very big cheer for Adam, cheers Buddy.

I could not agree more with all the amazing reviews already in place.

I can well relate to the slight nervousness of going on holiday for the first time with a significantly disabled wheelchair user. We bravely went to Cadiz, which isn’t even near an airport. We had a WONDERFUL holiday in every way. The travel and communication with our hotel, sorted by Nicola, were smooth and hugely reassuring. Nicola was outstanding from beginning to the very end: kind, understanding, nothing but nothing too much trouble - a very human, delightful first point of contact. Jaime was efficient, effective, patient and clear.

I have been telling everyone we know about how brilliant Disabled Holidays are as they should pass it on to anyone they may know who is disabled in any way.

Perhaps what I am most grateful for is that warm, cosy feeling of Disabled Holidays covering our backs. That feeling gave us the courage to dare to do our wondrous holiday in Cadiz. We are proud of ourselves. Disabled Holidays must be thoroughly proud of themselves.

So easy to work with, it was a joy to book with. DisabledHolidays *really do* understand the needs of people who are traditionally sidelined in probably all aspects of life, and definitely the holiday market. I am really looking forward to my holiday next year.

Adam was very responsive to our specific needs. He did all the leg-work for us and found us fantastic accomodation
He also went the extra mile, and negotiated with property owners to help meet some of our more specific requests (which meant a bit of reorganisation).
At a time that we are finding very difficult, Adam's help was very much appreciated.

Adam was super helpful and responsive in booking our holiday in Northumberland. When the accommodation we wanted wasn't available, he sent through a good alternative and it was so nice to have all the accessibility information provided instead of having to try and work things out from photos! Would definitely recommend to anyone with a disability to take the guess work out of booking accommodation.

Dealt with Adam.....contacted me by phone after sending an enquiry online.....told him my dates and requirements ....next day sent me a couple of choices and we took the one immediately, bearing in mind this was a holiday we needed within the next 10 days......paid for it online and was contacted again by Adam to finalise the booking.....all good

I am recovering from recent illness which has left me with mobility problems. I contacted Disabled Holidays for advice about a cottage I had found. The advisor indicated that it wasn’t suitable but immediately came back with an ideal alternative which she helped me book. The advisor was very understanding and very supportive and listened to the needs I have, I can’t speak highly enough of the help and respect I was shown. I highly recommend this company.

Adam was terrific. Helpful, efficient, cheerful. I will certainly use DisabledHolidays.com again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to book accessible holiday accommodation for themselves or for a relative.
