Royal Mail's tracking shows your parcel was initially scheduled for delivery on 8th July but it was ultimately delivered on 9th July.
While we appreciate this wasn't as soon as you had hoped, your order was produced and dispatched within our advertised timeframe, and the delivery was completed within the expected 1–2 business day service.

Despatched day after I bought them
Despatched day after I bought them. Arrived a few days after despatch. Glass was thinner than Specsavers ones even though they weren't thinned which makes them less heavy than the ones I replaced, so a happy bonus . And reasonable price at 39 quid which is half the price of my Specsavers ones which cost 80 and although similar style the directsight ones look much better. Happy with my purchase

No free returns
I got the wrong glasses due to a change in the model name that wasn’t clear on the website The customer service team were very helpful in advising me how to rectify the situation.
There is a 30 day returns policy , but at the expense of the customer.
Most companies these days offer free returns.
I will be very careful with any future purchases.
