Easy to find products, at a better prices than other sites. Items came next day and were great!

Buying was easy, everything arrive but the size was incorrect so i had to send it back, to do these was dificult and expensive, I had to pay the delivery 2 times so what Ive purchased was almost the same price 4 £ delibery to my house and 4£ to send it back, i didnt realize d about these until Ive seen the return policy.
Im not buying again. Very dificult to talk with someone
And still waiting these until Ive confirmation that what Ive send was OK and hope they return the money for what Ive purchased.

DONT SHOP HERE. This shop has the worst returns policy I’ve ever seen. If you return your parcel in the box it came in they will charge you £5 for ruining the box by sticking the returns label on it. Also I only got half my refund when I’m due a full refund so now I’ve got to spend time contacting customer service to find out where my money has gone. Be careful when buying from here. I’ve had a very bad experience.

Very impressed with the first order so made a second order with DirectHockey. I like how I can choose the delivery carrier and what day to deliver. One was delivered early and the other on time as expected. Had to return 1 item and arranged to be collected from home. Refunded soon after so very happy. Will use again.

Really bad service. I wanted to return a pair of shoes 22 days after I bought them, I sent a request as it is a short return window and have heard nothing back. Note to self always check the return window, 21 days is too short.

I bought an Osaka hockey stick bag for my granddaughter which arrived within 48 hours and was priced lower than Amazon offers for the same item.

Attended local company which has always accomodated walk in's and told click and collect only.
I have then been accused of directing profanities towards a member of staff after being turned away, i never said a word to the memer of staff.
Disgusting after using them since they were a small company on the riverside unit and great customer service compared to what they are now.
Use other companies like one sports

Am furious with this shoddy company. Ordered some hockey boots that never got delivered. They agreed to refund me but left me £10 short. Thee are plenty of better companies to use. Avoid

Ordered hockey shoes and paid for delivery on specific date. Shoes didn't arrive then. Company unhelpful when contacted and haven't replied to my last email

Hockey stick arrived on time. Packaging was good. Product quality is excellent. Their website is very easy to navigate and find products. I will definitely buy again from them.

I ordered some field hockey gloves for my showdown team, and (because the order was reasonably large) I paid the £5.99 or whatever it was for next day delivery.

The next day, when I arrived at work, the whole order was sitting there before mid day. Well worth the £6. The prices were about standard, which is to be expected of something which you can buy from multiple websites. What stood out to me though, was how easy the sight was to navigate. I'm completely blind, and so are the rest of the players in the showdown team (it being a blind sport) to one degree or another. That isn't always my experience with shopping websites, so great job!
