Received my dds system in good time and working order, after a couple of hours got it up and running and the next day was able to find what I required from it. The software menu system was easy to use without having to RTFM !! ie. refer to the on line manual...

Ordered item and received in two days even with all the delays during this lockdown and pandemic great service and kept me informed on status of order from initial order to dispatch and delivery. Great fast and efficient service and a true example of how companies in a supply and service industry should conduct themselves. Well done!!

I would advise you to ring them as the knowledge they have will save a load of money over trying to specify it yourself.

I have always used DDS for my CCTV equipment, they are really helpful and know what they are doing so fill me with confidence from the start. Their products are always up to date technology, good quality and fast delivery, I have never had a problem and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought 5 cameras and a vortex nvr from DDS.

After 2 years the IP67 cameras started letting water in. I have had to change 3. The last 2 replacements, 1 new one steamed up, 1 did not work and so both were exchanged.

I then wanted to put an extra camera up. They sent 2 both did not work despite Dds remote accessing my nvr.

They said they needed a windows laptop with ie on-site to fix it and I have macs. Who uses internet explorer anymore! It was their camera, nvr and cable so the problem is DDS’s not mine.

They eventually refunded me after many phone calls and after refusing to send another replacement camera. By the way their accounts person started hanging up on me when I phoned so I went back to sales to sort it.

The app Inview for iPhones is poor. It’s made by a Chinese developer not linked to Dds but the only app they recommend. You have to manually change the Hd setting every time you look at a picture or the image does not work. It really is poor. The 4mp picture quality and ir night view is poor too.

I put up a ring camera. What a difference! Better picture. Better night view. Better app. Notifications, person detection and zones easy to do, up and running in seconds no faffing with settings. Cloud storage, easy to access videos, talk and listen to the camera.

I’m not buying from Dds again and will replace all my cameras when these cheap badged Chinese cameras from Dds give up.

Try ring or canary or any modern camera and avoid the cheap Chinese badged cameras from Dds.

Brilliant unit competitively priced with great support on setup. We are return customers and will come back next time.

My cctv stopped working just before Christmas. A chat with DDS identified the likely cause of the problem which was a failed power supply to the cameras. A new transformer unit was despatched the same day and all is up and running again. It is good to know that after sales support continues. With thanks.

Great service and back up team. Product excellent value with very quick delivery in well packaged boxes which is important for this type of equipment. Great team for resolving connection issues I had integrating the new cameras with older equipment. I will be returning to add to my system next year. Thank you all for your very professional help from sales to technical help.

Another positive experience with DDS. Order was dealt with effectively and very efficiently.

Have used DDS for all my CCTV needs. Recently carried out a major upgrade to full HD system and cameras. Staff were excellent from sales and support, they provided me with one to one guidance on my specific system set up requirements.

Definitely recommend them.

i have dealt with DDS for many years and found there service to be second to none, from ordering the items to helping with the final set up they are always on the end of the phone and resolve any issues without a fuss.
i wish all companies would adopt their approach to customer satisfaction.
