Very poor service! I recently purchased a vehicle along with a 3 year 40,000 mile warranty. The claim took over a week to process. There was mo communication with the dealer and at one point the adjuster cancelled the claim. Im not very happy and feel like this company is a scam! Thanks for taking my $2000!!

We bought a used car that came with a warranty from Diamond Warranty Corp. The vehicle required two major repairs during the warranty period. In both cases Diamond Warranty paid about 30% of the actual repair cost. Their maximum coverage limits are very low and you will experience significant out of pocket costs for repairs you expect to be covered under the warranty.

Thay tell you one thing and do another. Yes its covered then, go to the mechanic and find out it's not. You have to pay out of pocket. WHY???

The service I got from Diamond Warranty was terrible. I have not had a car in 4 months. I made car payments and paid insurance but had no car to drive, not even a rental car. The automotive repair shop had called me after they started dealing with the company and said to come get the car, he didn't want to deal with them as they were pain in a$&!! You sell warranties but yet you don't want to pay for what is NEEDED. Once I can sell this car it is gone and I will NEVER buy used again. Diamond Warranty is not worth buying.

Price of part covered by warranty did not match the price the shop charged. Shops rate was higher than what the warranty covered. A $460 repair still cost me $230.

I had a claim under special circumstances that I was assured would be fully covered, but once it was processed, you failed to even cover the parts, much less the full coverage I was promised.

Entirely misled.

Appreciate there service, we were traveling out of state and needed service, our diamond warranty worked great they paid as soon as it was processed.

good service but too many things not covered, I got in touch with a rep at the company and she was very rude and stated that plans can't be upgraded nor changed , so why you offer that option , also I emailed C . Healey a couple of times with no avail , she never responded.

I have always been skeptical of car warranty companies. I can truly say that diamond warranty Corporation has been Top Notch company to work with. I would recommend this company to families and friends.

Work with the Rep. Key. She was fast with her response in regards of letting me and my mechanic know of the approval. She was also very knowledgeable and most important very professional.

I brought my truck back to the dealer that I bought my truck from to analyze a problem.They found the problem in the transfer case they called Diamond Warranty and it was covered. Dealership called me back and they are fixing the problem.

Would give a zero but is not an option. Worst company EVER. Do not buy this extended warranty. I paid 818.00 and they paid 400.00 to fix my car. I paid over 2,000.00 for this warranty
