Diamond warranty doesn’t pay for OEM parts. When I purchased this warranty I was told that it covered factory brand parts, instead they find the cheapest parts on the internet that are inferior to OEM parts. The cost of the Chinese parts they will pay for only cover a tiny fraction of the quality parts the vehicle needs.

Have the warranty to protect against costly repairs. Will not cover much of anything. Very disappointed!

Very pleased that we had decided to purchase the warranty, especially since within a short time of owning the vehicle we needed to use it. Diamond was very prompt with getting things going with the garage. Again so grateful that we purchased the warranty & impressed with the ease & quick response from Diamond!

I purchased the enhanced package for auto coverage. To make sure everything is covered & l don't have to worry. Turns out l had to ditch out $900 & then another $300 for my second claim because turns out the parts malfunctioning in my vehicle not covered. Someone referred my to WYNNS for my next auto warranty. They cover 99% of all work.

Needed several repairs... Diamond only covered one of them. Not happy.

I have never had such poor customer service in my life and Diamond Warranty completely nickle and dimed my trusted mechanic. They were unprofessional to me as the consumer. Never returned my calls and anyone I spoke to seemed to have no idea what they were doing. On top of that, my mechanic had to chase them for over a week and a half until I finally just told them to please do the work because I HAD NO VEHICLE. I would not recommend this company to anyone in a consumer market OR the B2B market.

Also on this survey they sent me to provide my review, my name is wrong and it's not even capitalized. It makes the company look bad.

I gave it a 4 star because it took awhile for the shop to get answers back on what would and would not be covered making them loose a day on working on the car and they wouldn't cover all the labor fee, which I didn't know there was a limit on when taken out. Otherwise no issues.

I gave one star because I did not have the option for zero. I have never been so disgusted and frustrated like I was with my claim with Diamond Warratly Corp. It is a complete scam and I truly believe they have no intention of ever paying any claim. Almost every person I talked to gave me such a nasty attitude. I was able to work with two people that were very apologetic and helpful. My simple claim dragged on over a month and they did not live up to what they claim to cover and pay. I would never purchase another warranty from them ever again. I will tell anyone who will listen all about my experience and warn them of this scam of a company. Just for fun search the names of all the five star review and you will find a lot of them work for Diamond. That is why they claim a 4.0 star rating and the web is giving a 1.8 star rating. Save your hard earned money and pay a good mechanic to fix your car. Don’t throw your money away with this warranty because they will do nothing but screw you in the end. If you have a couple hours I can tell you all the other bad and unethical crap this company tried to pull.

Update as of 4-15-19. Due to the horrible review they now want to work to resolve the issues but will not return my phone calls. All of a sudden management want to work with me but will not call or answer my emails! What a scam company. Save your money and don’t buy this crap warranty! They will find a way to not pay!

Experience was fine. In fact my discrepancy may be with my understanding of my coverage. I’m not exactly sure why more of the things found wrong with my vehicle this recent claim wasn’t covered under my warranty. I ended up paying $2,041 dollars out of pocket and with the exception of needing my custom wheel replaced I would have thought the warranty would cover things pertaining to the power steering.

Easy to get along with, fast prompt service, no hassles. My mechanic handled whatever paperwork needed done all I paid was the deductible and sales tax. Awesome company

I got a diamond warranty on a used vehicle I just purchased and it was having mechanical issues within the first month of ownership. I don't know what I would have done without the support and repairs provided by our diamond warranty. Thank you so much for being there in our time of need

I purchased a 2008 BMW this past summer in Dallas and was offered a warranty via Diamond Direct. I’m glad that I listened. Months later, my transmission went out suddenly. In all, it took close to 6 weeks to get the car repaired, with a bill close to $6000. Having this warranty gave me a peace of mind. I appreciate the responsiveness, accuracy and professionalism. I read many of the reviews online and was deeply concerned. I’m glad my experience was indeed positive.

I would NEVER recommend this warranty company to anyone for several reasons. They reasons area as follows: 1. Most places have never heard of them; 2. Is difficult to contact someone; 3. They only cover certain components of the powertrain ( which is necessary for the operation of the vehicle); and when you do get in contact with someone thru address VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. Every experience with the company is a nightmare from a consumer, dealer and repair shops aspect. I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....

What they fail to tell you is they only use parts from AutoZone. Now I'm stuck paying the difference between a subpar AutoZone part they quoted, and the manufacturer OEM part

Why even have a warranty when they don't pay for anything. I just paid $850 out of pocket to fix my radiator that was leaking coolant. Only wanted to pay for restored parts and hardly paid any of the labor.

It’s everything from the customer service reps to the promptness of taking care of the issue that I would rate them the highest score! I’ll sign up again with my next vehicle. Thank you Diamond Warrenty- so happy with this company !!!
