Great content on their site, but their free service of providing guidance was absolutely superb. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, and were very accommodating along the journey. While there’s a lot of education, nothing replaces an expert’s eye, and it’s incredible that they offer the service at no charge to the customer!

Thankfully a friend recommended Diamond Pros to me. I already felt educated enough on diamonds to make good decisions on a ring but after hearing my friend rave about how good Diamond Pros was and how much money it saved him that I thought I would try them out. The experience was very good. I sent an email with my thoughts and budget. Shortly after a "Jenny H" reached out to me with a list of suggested engagement rings/diamonds from two venders. I checked out the suggested rings and sent a second round of questions to Jenny which she promptly answered. I then honed in on the right one and bought it. Now my fiancé gets compliments daily! The experience was so good that I reached out to Jenny again for the wedding band which turned out to be fantastic. I truly believe I got two great rings for the best possible price thanks to Diamond Pro. Moreover, they didn't charge me a dime!

Great extensive content on diamonds, although like the other reviewer says some articles have hidden biases.

Very informative though have a somewhat hidden agenda through affiliation and therefore it is not necessarily the whole truth and nothing but the truth... which is in contradiction to the point of the website.
