Hopelessly out of date on lab diamond prices - I recently bought a 1 carat top quality lab diamond on E--- for $32.32 including postage and a certificate.

Diamond Pros has so much information and when you are ready to pick a diamond, they are so helpful in picking the best diamond for the money.

Annie Z was great, I found an Asscher diamond that I was interested in, but it was a si1. Like a lot of first-time buyers, I was hesitant to buy it because of the clarity rating, despite reading several articles on the subject. Annie assured me that it was a very nice diamond and that she felt that it was eye clean, I was still a little hesitant but bought the diamond anyway (from James Allen). It is both beautiful and eye clean and I must give the credit to Annie, I might have missed out on a great deal if not for her! Annie was both patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I usually don’t write reviews whether they’re good or bad but I had to leave one for The Diamond Pro.

With so many fake reviews and scams on the internet, it’s only right to be a little wary about The Diamond Pros because of all of the excellent reviews. A Diamond expert helping you for free?? What’s the catch?? They did mention that they get a commission for every sale with an affiliated vendors so they must be bias and are trying to sell you the poor quality diamonds that aren’t selling right??

I thought the same and that it was good to be true but I am extremely happy to admit that I was completely wrong. They are the real deal!!!

I didn’t know anything about diamonds but The Diamond Pro website was so informative that I decided to reach out to a consultant for assistance. I had the pleasure to work with Veronika S and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life. She was very helpful and did all the work. I told her what I was looking for with my budget, showed her some diamonds I liked and she gave me her honest opinion, advice and alternatives.

I thought she would recommend and show me higher priced diamonds but she preferred some lower cost ones that were just as eye clean as the higher priced ones. She helped me save thousands by choosing a lower clarity that was just as eye clean as a higher clarity diamond.

The ring was a little too big so we had a free resize with Jared through James Allen and the jewelers were shocked of the clarity and color. They all thought it was a lot higher than what it was! I told them I got lucky and they all agreed and said that I got really lucky with such an eye clean diamond.

Veronika was incredible with her assistance with helping me find the right diamond from James Allen. Without her help I don’t think I would have been able to pick such a beautiful diamond for the right price. Asking diamond pro for help you should feel confident that you’re getting great advice from experts that are really trying to help you out.

The Diamond Pro provided a free service to me and gave me the primer on how to find a great diamond for a great value. I provided them to a link for a diamond priced at $2100 and asked what they thought. Veronika S got back to me the next day and gave me some pointers and provided four links from the same website of similar diamonds. She let me know that there was little difference perceptible to the human eye between them. This meant I could save some money and ended up purchasing a diamond $200 cheaper. Thanks!

Obviously the question is, why is The Diamond Pro service free? Veronika explained upfront in her first email that if someone is recommended a diamond by The Diamond Pro, then the company whose diamond was recommended gives some credit to The Diamond Pro. I sent a link to a diamond from jamesallen.com and she sent links from the same website. I do not know if the Diamond Pro uses preferred websites, but I'm just happy that I could save a few hundred bucks on my purchase at no cost to me. Highly recommended.

This was the second time using Diamond Pro and James Allen. Veronika went out of her way to assist me with finding the perfect princess cut diamond ring for my 30th anniversary! She even responded while on vacation! I highly recommend this service. I saved 30,000 dollars by buying from James Allen vs The little blue box store for a better quality diamond. What I found most impressive was the diamond that I eventually landed on — and the one they had highly recommended — was not the most expensive ones that I had initially shortlisted. They were able to cut through the popular gradings and show me why the one they recommended was superior — and the best value for money.
