The friendly and efficient advice received from Veronika helped me choose a beautiful diamond (and it wasn't the most expensive out of the shortlist I gave her) which my fiancee loved! They also recommended Blue Nile which I was really impressed with.

Provide great insight to make you comfortable buying an expensive diamond, something most of us know nothing about! They are very responsive, and guide you through selection. And true to their word, zero cost at all to you. I believe they recoup a fee from the vendor you buy from.

I was completely new to diamond buying, and found myself emailing a Diamond Pros expert, Jenny H. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, answering all my questions in detail, explaining what was important and what was not, and helped me in finding a brilliant diamond inside my budget. My fiancé absolutely loves her solitaire diamond ring, it is completely colourless, sparkles beautifully and is cut perfectly. It’s everything I had hoped for, everyone we come across so far can’t help but say wow. The team was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone, it was well worth it.

They are getting paid by James Allen and Blue Nile. They dump on the companies they don't have partnerships with. Don't be so stupid. Stop trusting them.

Working with Jenny H was an amazing experience. Prior to reaching out to Diamond Pro, I did hours of research to understand what to look for, expectations, and tips for purchasing an engagement ring. Then for feedback and expert opinion I provided my budget, setting type, diamond shape, the vendor I planned to use for the best pricing, and the diamond & setting that was my initial pick for potential purchase.

She was able to find a better diamond for the setting I wanted, and it saved money from my initial pick. She educated me on the diamond color with that type of shape & setting plus it had better dimensions. Her suggestion was clearly the better choice. Quick to respond and very helpful. I don't think they mention strongly enough that there is no charge to the customer for their services! They work on commission from the retailer, so it doesn't cost the customer anything. I would have been in touch much sooner had I known! A big thank you to Veronika S who I spoke to!

I already did a lot of research about diamond education but Jenny H took me to the top! She taught me so much more and I am forever grateful !!! If you are in the market for a diamond, DON'T buy one from your local jewelry store and get ripped off!! By far the best deals for quality and price are online but the process is very stressful (at least for me) because you can't see the diamond in person to properly judge the fire and brilliance/sparkle of the stone (that's the most important factors for me). You truly need a second opinion and help from a PRO to make the final decision so you don't screw up! Before you buy a diamond, do your research on diamond education, then pick a few excellent ones to evaluate BUT don't make the final decision to buy until you consult with Jenny H or a Representative at Diamond Pro! There was no charge to me for the advice so don't worry about paying fees, they get paid by the company you ultimately purchase the diamond from.

I can finally rest and breathe easy after 3 months of searching and stressing knowing that, with the Jenny's help, I am getting a stunning stone. I could NOT have done it without Jenny's help!!

I've been a big fan of The Diamond Pro for a long time so I was thrilled to be able to ask for advice in finding the right diamond for a ring that I decided to buy myself for an early 65th birthday gift.
