From the start of my trip planning I found each staff member I dealt with friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I am extremely happy with the content of my trip and also the price. As a single traveller this can be problematic but this was not an issue when planning this trip.

We had the trip of a lifetime! The only thing is if I was asked an opinion I would say try to have a second day in most places just to be able to really see things , we did our best , we have some amazing photos but places like Interlaken we didn’t get to have a look at this gorgeous town at all as that was where we did the trip io top of Europe so such a pity , we weren’t prepared for a few things as the paperwork & itiniary came through so late that I didn’t get the time to read it through until we were actually doing it .
I am pleased we upgraded our rail tickets it made for very comfortable trips, we left the accomodation & on the whole it was nice , there was 1 that was a bit iffy but a good bed so it was ok !

Queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Staff are very professional in dealing with issues which I presume they were not aware of changes made by their provider.

I have just finished my 6 day Singapore Break which went really well. My initial enquiries & booking was made with Sean then Krystal and finally with Ellyse who was very courteous & helpful with my email questions. Nothing was too difficult. The accommodation Hotel Mi was a great location within walking distance to the MRT, food places, buses and some of the attractions. The half day city tour was helpful and informative. Thank you Ellyse for a wonderful job. I would recommend Deals Away for any trips.

Ok if you book the air and land with them and don’t want to spend additional time. Otherwise, run.

The package looked great. Initially it was booked incorrectly. I had to advise they had missed the last part of the trip. That was fixed. Then I needed to know roughly what time that last portion would happen, so I could book my flight home. No answer. Then told I would receive my itinerary 3 weeks before departure. I again explained what I needed. No answer. I pointed out the issue. An apology but no action.

It meant I had to book additional accommodation because I couldn’t get a simple piece of information. Never again.

I have to say that Ellyse was very helpful, kind, and understanding throughout the process. However, our experience with the first hotel in Delhi was extremely disappointing. It was very, very dirty . Mould everywhere the smell was so bad and we even saw dried urine on the toilet seat. This was actually the second room we were given after requesting a change, which made it even more frustrating. Unfortunately, we had to stay in those conditions for two nights despite paying for a 4star hotel.(I checked other hotels in the same area and found much better options available for a lower price, which was quite upsetting.)

On a positive note, our driver and tour guides were friendly and professional. However, the overall planning of the tour felt rushed. We didn’t have enough time to properly experience or engage with the cities we visited. In fact, we wouldn’t have seen the more authentic, everyday side of Delhi if we hadn’t insisted on changing the hotel ourselves.

Overall, while there were some good aspects, the accommodation and rushed itinerary significantly affected our experience.

Keely helped us organise our New Zealand holiday. She was responsive to questions and we received all the information we needed. She helped us book accommodation outside the standard offered on the tour and extra nights. We also received a gift before we left.

We're looking forward to joining a cruise in the Duoro valley in a few days time. Ellyse has been courteous & helpful. We had to change flights as Qatar Airlines were not travelling; Ellyse updated the hotel for changed arrival time. She also gave some guidance about a booking with Vueling Airlines.

Great customer service and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend this company and Keely.

Hubby and I went on the Singapore/Cruise Holiday and it was fantastic! From the hotel to the tours, then the cruise, everything went smoothly. We had the best time.
