They have been using the wrong address…
They have been using the wrong address and consequently the wrong tax rate. It has cost us penalties. It is supposedly fixed as of yesterday. Let’s hope so. Roger

Hi Roger, the address and tax rates are all set by the merchant and we pull the data from your POS system. However, we have amended your returns and things seem to look good moving forward.
