very responsive to support requests. Will get the questions to someone who knows th answers. I have a very big filing with WA state for a mobile food truck in many locations. The POS system and the human errors make for several corrections in a filing. They are knowledgeable and get the corrections handled and ask questions when they don't understand.
The only "complaint" is that initially before they understood my situation, at first, they were leaning heavily on the "normal" situation and let's just say my persistence paid off.
