They will not correct file mistakes they make.
Everything is easy . Until they make a mistake you will be left to deal with it. They took my money. Now I have notices from the state about unpaid taxes. And when you call there is no one to answer. I got someone on after an hour of chatting they said they found the error and will reach back. 2 days later no response. They don’t care for small businesses.

PIECE OF MIND
With a long list of things to do daily, tight budget, a fair amount of daily transactions and, the wonderful state of Ohio with a hand out more often than not. Davo has been a huge help and stress relief. A couple minor bumps in the beginning but, everything's been on point since. I'd go as far as saying Davo has helped me keep things going.

I love that my sales tax is withheld…
I love that my sales tax is withheld and paid to the State. I would love it even more if I didn’t have to check revenue online every month and pay a small amount that wasn’t accounted for by Davo. Always less than $100, but needing to be paid by me nonetheless.
