Follow up from previous reviews I have made. This so called company does not even deserve one star and definitely not the 1.7 score. Zero it should read.
Attention all. Have you paid by credit card? If so, try contacting your bank. There are refund conditions attached to your credit card. They are very helpful indeed. PLEASE CONTACT BANK DONT LET THEM AWAY WITH YOUR MONEY

Company needs investigating.

Items come from china and theres zero disclosure about this online and they refuse to confirm this even tho when you order the tracking starts in china.

Secondly they say they use royal mail once the item gets in the country. This too is a lie as my items are now with evri... Evri as everyone knows are awful and if these two issues were apparently before i ordered i simply wouldn't have.

This lack of truth and disclosure means i have reported them to trading standards etc.

EDIT: have since contacted my bank and reported the transaction and the company.

Bought sandals that were supposed to be £50 reduced to £25. I wouldn't even pay £2 for these, poorly made sandals. Never again would I buy from this so called UK company.

SCAM Order never arrived despite tracking emails received every day. No refund, cancellations only 1 hour after ordering written in stunted English grammar. This is not a website based in the U.K. DO NOT ORDER from Davies and Cooper it is a SCAM

Poor customer service, sent wrong size Sandles and still waiting for a code to get another pair.

Still waiting for my order, keep getting messages that it’s in transit. It’s one of those clever websites that makes you feel you are shopping in the UK. I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I’m assuming the shoes that were for a birthday present that’s been and gone now, will be cheap Chinese rubbish, probably go stir in the bin as I can’t be bothered to even try for a refund.
Also they say delivery by Royal Mail but then it turns into EVRI.

Color blocking is striking in photographs, yet the actual fabric thickness is lighter than envisioned. Fine for a casual day event though you'll definitely want seamless undergarments.

Very Poor quality, you can buy the same shoes on shein for a third of the price if not less . Took absolutely ages to arrive now I know why as came from abroad , poorly packaged very very dissatisfied . Wish I had never wasted my money

Raffles give it a romantic movement in motion, but fabric tends to static easily. Needed a bit of anti-static spray before walking out the door. Wrap stays tied securely without popping open.

The trainers were despatched promptly but alas the sizing is incorrect. They were bought for my sister who takes a size 7 but they are far too small. She removed the insole and managed to get them on but this is not ideal.

Sleeve length is great for breezy summer evenings, though the polyester blend feels slightly stiff before the first wash. Fits true to size around the bust, but the waist seam sits a little higher than expected.

The item arrived sooner than I expected. Thank you.

Like other reviewers, I wish I had taken the time to check out this company before ordering. This company & others like it, eg Zanory, are promoting what appear to be quality goods from a British company, which, of course, they are not. The sandals I ordered are too small &, while I like the look of them, paying to return them is too costly to be worthwhile & as a matter of principle, I will not be ordering the larger size. I don't like being deceived. Avoid at all costs!

This company is pretending to be based in the UK but is actually getting the items from China, I ordered a swimming costume, when it finally did show up the quality was awful and nothing like the picture. I contacted them to be told to post it back TO CHINA for a refund, do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company

I ordered a pair of suede “orthopaedic” mules for £24.99 reduced from £50 and a green v neck top.
They took over two weeks to arrive and when they did, I was very disappointed with the items, especially the shoes.
The package was a bubble wrap bag and inside, the shoes were totally squashed. They were very cheap looking, flimsy and not what I was expecting. They seemed to be made of poor quality material almost like cardboard, and didn’t improve after taking out of the bag.
I immediately decided I wanted to return both items and get a refund, but when checking the website found out that they had to be shipped to China at my cost.
I tried to call the company's contact number but it was out of service.
I have emailed the company and sent photos, but have only received an automated response so far.
My advice: do not order from this company.

Why didn’t I check the reviews before ordering?! This website is just so misleading, it really looks the part. The items are sent from China, the shoes I ordered took weeks to arrive and are really poor quality. You can return them at your own cost (£12-28) and even then the website says that they will inspect the item and decide if you get the refund.
I hope this review helps someone else avoid this website and save their money!

Recently bought a pair of sandals from this company, which took three weeks to arrive from China. Unfortunately, they are definitely not a UK size 7, and they also arrived with a really strange, unpleasant smell.

I contacted the company and was offered a discount and a partial refund — the kind of solution you’d expect from sites like SHEIN or Temu. I was then told my complaint would be escalated to a manager, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing since.

Really disappointed with the whole experience. I only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Oh how I wish I’d checked the reviews first like one of the other reviewers. I’ve been looking at the tracking of the item I ordered and it seems stuck with a supposed Evri depot. and hasn’t moved.
I noticed on the tracking that it had come via an airport despite the company claiming to be based in the UK.
Very disappointing that they are claiming things that are very misleading and seemingly untrue. Tried the mobile number they show on the Contact Us section of their webpage and it wouldn’t connect.
From our mistakes I hope others can learn. Won’t be using this company again - even if I ever see the item I ordered.I’ll try and give them the benefit of the doubt but doesn’t inspire much confidence.

19/08/26 Thank you for replying to my review which is aappreciated. Yes the dress did finally arrive - I would have returned the dress as it wasn't in a material that I expected or liked but I then saw that apart from having to pay the returns costs ( which I appreciate happens too with some other companies) there could also be tax costs for shipping back out of the UK. It's cheaper for me to keep the dress and donate it which isn't ideal.
I still feel that your website is misleading, suggesting this is a UK company when it appears that you are based in China. Nothing wrong with that but you need to be clearer and not mislead potential customers.
You suggested in your reply that I have returned as a customer but this is the only time I have ordered from you.

Dress was too big. Only when checking returns policy did I realise that returns have to be posted to China. The website looks English and offers free uk postage, I feel this is very misleading.
