Absolute rubbish
Hi, I bought pair of sandals. When they arri Ed they were of very very poor quality.Informed their so called customer support ( ANGIE) who eventually agreed in writing to send a second pair to me free of charge. When I asked for tracking info 10 days after, Angie started being IGNORANT of the fact she agreed to send second pair out to me.the goods come from China. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM Davies & Cooper .Everything comes from china and they are not registered with Companies house in UK.they have 86% negative reviews on trustpilot which tells you everything about them. Don't give up guys/girls chasing them as I have just received a FULL refund.

Oh dear....I don't like what I'm reading on here just now. I'm STILL awaiting some sandals...over due, given the time line by 'Davies & Cooper', whom I thought was a UK company, & that I was DEALING with such...seems the said sandals are coming a long way, from China. !! I've bought sandals this way before, but to be honest, the size was a bit small, for a UK size 5, & I ended up placing them in my local charity shop. At least SOMEONE benefitted...My daughter once told me, (but I'd forgotten this) to ALWAYS CHECK the REVIEWS, before ordering...!! I doubt I'll be ordering ONLINE, any more!!

I've written a review before, but have more to add. This company is genuinely incompetent. They refuse to give me the refund I have asked for. And have now ignored every method of contact I have initiated. I can only assume this is to wait out the 30 day return period to leave me £39 down and stuck with a hideous dress.
This service is abhorrent. Do not waste your money here. Quality is awful, service is awful. Not a single good thing to say about this experience or company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Had to give one star as zero wasn't an option. I ordered sandals which took more than 2 weeks to arrive. They were too small even though I ordered my usual size, and poor quality. On asking for a UK address to return them and requesting a refund I was offered a discount on next order or pay a £9.95 processing fee for a replacement. After refusing that I was offered a 40% discount on next order or a free replacement, keep the sandals. After refusing again and still asking for a refund and a UK address I was offered 20% refund or return them to China when I would get a refund once received there. Can you imagine the postage cost? This company is terrible. Save your money!!!

At last my shoes arrived from China not the uk. Davies & Cooper sounds very British but no apparently Chinese. I I don’t have a problem with Chinese goods but be honest about delivery times and advise they are from China. There are no words printable to describe them. After having foot surgery I needed a pair of orthopaedic shoes just to wear until my foot healed totally. They are just the cheapest tat I ever seen. The backs don’t even come a quarter of way up my heel so you slip out of them straight away. They don’t resemble anything like the picture on the website. They went straight in the bin which is the best place for them. Don’t buy complete waste of money.

Beware, people, it's a Chinese scam company. I ordered shoes; they sent me the wrong size. Now I've been emailing them for about two weeks, and they've told me to pay a postage charge of around £20.plus you know chines very very poor staf shoes

Your business should not be trading.
You clearly advertise quality looking items at reasonable prices, but that’s a trap to con people to order from you.
I ordered a pretty dress costing 24.95 it took 4 weeks to come, it was the worst quality I have ever seen. Poor material, stitching and shape. It looked like a child put it together.
After 4 emails to customer service, I went to return it to your returns address in China at the post office, it would have cost me £25.90 to return it.
You advertise 30 day money back and easy returns on products, but you clearly know your system is a con, taking money from customers with no chance of getting their money back.
Read the reviews, your company is trading illegally and should be banned.

Disappointed is an understatement
Purchased a pair of ladies orthopaedic sandals they came squashed in packaging and had to cut them out, the sandals were cheap and looked liked they had been made by a child, quality was the worst I’ve ever seen.
