Ordered a pair of shorts and a shirt on their website. This website suggests it is a UK company based in Bury, but its actually based in Hong Kong. The delivery times are stated as 3-5 days but does anything arrive in this time?

After a couple of weeks I emailed them to see where the items were. They responded by stating their delivery policy was 7-14 days, and provided a link to their shipping policy, which states 3-5 days.

After reading their reviews here, which are appalling, it is clear this is at best a very misleading company, and at worse a scam. Everything is AI generated, even the pictures of the so called couple from Bury who founded the company!

Worse still it looks like they are closing down so I doubt I will ever receive these goods, or if I do eventually receive something who knows what it will be or what the quality will be like.

A mistake I will not make again.

Buyer beware.

Avoid at all costs!!! Selling goods that aren't as advertised, cheap tat!!

Product was insane size and also not what was pictured. Took 14 days to deliver so clearly not from UK. Avoid this company

I have reported this so called company to trading standards.

They do not adhere to policies and regulations.

The sent me the wrong size item off cheap poor quality may I add.

Please don't be fooled by their reply below. They are just trying to save face. I have all my correspondence from email. Clearly stating everything which I have forwarded on to several regulating bodies

Company is a scam online retailer. Product not as described should of been linen but it was acrylic material and came with a brown stain. Dave and carter have said i will have to pay for the return. So I will leave it to my bank. And i have also reported company to Fraud action line. And they will investigate this company so this never happens again.

And I will post this company across social media so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Shit company and their lucky their not uk based.

Ordered some swimming trunks, THEY sent wrong size, I was told that I would have to bear the cost for sending back to CHINA ! Even though it was there fault.
I queried where it says returns need to be sent back to China and they said it was in there terms and conditions which it is not
I suggested they pay for me to send it back to the uk returns address on package but they said it had to be sent back to China

Don’t ever order with this company. Can’t send items back as its returns are based in china and will cost you £50 for the joy of it. They sent out a 3xl even though I ordered a 1xl so it’s like a tent . When I asked to send it back they said no keep it and u can have 20% of your next order as it cost so much to send items back!!!! No thanks stay well clear. Robbing people blind..

I really wished I’d check the reviews here before ordering from this “company”. Alarm bells were going off when I didn’t receive any form of order confirmation or dispatch information and the order took two weeks to arrive. I ordered a blazer which was very poor quality and I’m not even sure it was what I ordered. Of course, when I approached the “company” about a return, I was met with the same ridiculous return policy that other customers have mentioned. £50 to return to China, roughly the same cost as the blazer. I was told this was clearly stated on the returns page on their website, it is not. This is at best misleading and worst a scam, unfortunately I think the latter. I notice a “closing down” message on their website, no doubt trying to con more people before they disappear off into the sunset. You have been warned!

What a scam company's take these should be shut down. It this day and agents with the tech we have , company's like this should not get away with robbing ppl.

Please don’t order anything from this website. They are a scam company!! I’ve been waiting for weeks for my order & each time I email them, I’m fobbed off with some excuse & no tracking number etc. I wish I had done my homework & checked the reviews before buying

Took ages to arrive and the quality was terrible. This was a pair of swimming trunks the material was paper thin and there was no mesh lining meaning they are not fit for purpose. To return them I was was told by customer service I needed to send back to China and it could cost £50. If I could give it no stars I would. Avoid this company

3-5 day delivery? Took 16. Absolute rubbish quality. Swimming trunks at £32. No packaging. No branding. No care labeling, no lining. Shipped from china not UK. Returns will cost you an arm and a leg posting this back to china.

Very cross as the blue linen shirt I ordered arrived 3 weeks later and was a black polyester shirt with white buttons!! Have asked for refund and been told I must return it to china at vast expense. Do not use and tell your friends!

china. When requesting a refund because the garment was too big they advised that the postal costs, to China, would be around £50!!!!

This company is a con, sizing is incorrect shipped from china. If wrong size you have to pay for return. Also they try and make it difficult to return. Also they try to scarr you by stating it could cost £50. Whatever you please avoid yourself the hassle you can buy half the
price from Amazon. Beyhond distgusted by this company!!

Avoid and spend your money elsewhere

This company are conning you with garments that’s are incorrectly sized and ridiculous returns policy.
Please do not buy anything from this site you can not return your items which are clearly distributing there products from a uk warehouse. Then telling you that you must pay crazy fees to send these back to china at your cost.
Disgraceful behaviour

DO NOT USE THEM - they are not a British based company. They are in China and if you want to return something the costs are yours and they almost actively encourage you not to, leaving you out of pocket with goods you don't want. Delivery also takes an age - not the 3 - 5 days they state!
