There was no reception to book in however the young lady at the coffee shop was very helpful in guiding me to where I needed to be. The doctor was most professional in his dealing with my appointment. He introduced himself to me and completed my D4 form by filling the form out and asking me relevant questions and Gucci g me the opportunity to ask him questions. I can’t really say that the experience could have been any different and can only thank him for his assistance.

Made the process of getting my medical easy to do rather than going via the doctors and optician separately

The Doctor didn’t know the left eye from the right eye
Fortunately I had my regular annual eye test two weeks earlier than the appointment with the D4 Doctor, so I had to go to an opticians to get a correct eye sight test and fill in an addition eye sight form for the DVLA

The doctor i got was very pleasant and helpful and talked me thru everything he did

Doctor couldn't do eye test because he didn't have his kit with him and also asked me questions when doing my blood pressure and then failed me as blood pressure too high for dvla I have since been to my own GP and blood pressure is ok for dvla standards

Easy booking at my convenience. 50 mile round trip.
I had my eye test at Specsavers to speed matters up, but the doc could have done it.
Will use the service next time around if I need to.

Very easy to book also I had to change my appointment date which was also very easy. Venue was 10 minutes away and the doctor was very good and put me at ease right away.

Very easy to get an appointment - at short notice as well - and is 15 minutes away from home and normally on a Saturday. Doctors are nice and friendly. As an older driver I have to do this yearly so it is handy that it is so efficient. The system works as they say!!
