Very seem less and professional

Appointment was quicker than NHS GP and a third of the price. Quite local, a hotel in Warwick, Nice chap carrying it out.

Very simple to book the appointment. Travel for me was a 30 minute to bury-st-edmunds.
Only slight problem was no-one on front desk so had to go knocking on door to find the doc. Other then that short and sweet. Very happy

Went for pcv medical and passed needed an extra signature on a single piece of A4 paper for to say if fit to drive taxis also. Would not sign it made an appointment for the following week to get signature tested blood pressure it was to high so would not sign it. Went to a local doctor and pressure was fine and signed okay. Paid £200 for one medical

Simple and easy booking process.
Excellent venue very pleasant reception staff with a very professional doctor in attendance who fully explained every section of the D4 form.

First of all the 'venue' for the medical was a 40 mile round trip, the rude little not English 'doctor' said I hadn't brought my medical overview he couldn't do the medical. Had to pay again and book another 40 mile round trip, turns out could of accessed this on the NHS app!!!!!
Have since received message from DVLA that due to my underlying medical condition they are having to write to my GP.
Went to my surgery to ask wtf? They have responded with you don't have a medical condition??
Avoid these clowns at all costs!

The service is being sold as a 1 stop shop but although according to the doctor my eyesight test met DVLA requirements I was referred to an optician to complete the form. Not recommended

My medical form was returned by DVLA due to being filled out incorrectly by the doctor. During my appointment the doctor left the room to take a personal call, when he returned he must have lost his place and then did not check it through. I have had to return for another medical and incured more costs due there mistake. I now have 6 days on my licence due to the time it has taken to sort all this out.

I had the pleasure of having my medical in Oxford with Dr.Desmond Stevens.I cannot fault the experience which was made so much easier by Dr.Stevens .He made me feel at ease,relaxed and clearly explained all the relevant questions. His obvious knowledge and professionalism shone through the whole meeting. I will certainly be using D4 Drivers again and will also recommend the facilities to fellow colleagues based on the fact of Dr Stevens coming across so well.

Do not deal with d4 drivers went for my appoitment did not issue me a stamp for my form then wanted to charge me another £47 to re-book its all a big money making con DO NOT DEAL WITH D4 DRIVERS

I've been a taxi Driver for over 12 years. Our local GP stop doing medical check because they are busy. I'm over 50 years old and I have to do medical every 5 years. I was introduced to D4 Drivers by my local council. I had my medical summary for my appointment and it had a few mistake. I met Dr shahzadi the worse Dr, I have ever met. I explained to her but she just pass my medical for one year and Ask me to go back to GP and correct them. She was checking my eye and as I was reading the letters, she never looked and was on her tablet all the time. She told me next time I have to take eye test record also checking my blood pressure, we should usually be relax but she insist to do continues breath in and out and she kept repeating. I went to my GP and corrected the mistake. Went back to Dr shezadi to change my medical. First thing she says. For new medical you have to pay again. She did not bother to check my new medical summery and insisting on thing like depression, blood in my urine that was for 23 years ago. Trying to harm myself with Drug overdose In 2003. Not a nice person at all. She told me she don't care. She says. Why didn't you go to your GP. I explained Because GP. stoped doing medical. As I said if my GP didn't think, I was fit enough to be a taxi Driver. He would not let me be,for over 12 years with absolutely, zero bad records. These companies just looking to get your money and come up with excuses to deny your right. I'm looking to find another sergery who may do medical check for Drivers. Avoid D4 Drivers.

This will be the 3rd or 4th time my Husband has used the D4D for his medical they are thorough.

They have refunded my money at last, which is what they should have done in the first place, and emailed me saying they will look into the `circumstances` that caused this horrible situation to arise.!
Well a bit of retraining for the lass on the phone wouldnt go amiss i`d say.
I`d like to thank Trustpilot for helping and id like to still warn all the elderly drivers out there maybe to pay a little bit more and see your GP , I know i wish i had. xxx

I attended an appointment in Aberdeen (Westhill) for an HGV medical and can't fault the experience. The venue staff were friendly and helpful, the Dr was very professional and friendly, I was seen on time, and everything went well. The Dr checked through the form with me once it was filled in just to make sure there were no mistakes, and I received my new licence back later that week. At almost a third of the cost of my GP (plus the hassle of having to book a separate eye test which was included with D4Drivers) the price can't be beaten either!
