Very unprofessional

Hi I have been chasing my refund since March. But till date no updates. Air Canada did not allow me to board as Canada had already closed the borders and only Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents were allowed to board. Your team is very uncooperative. I told them this 2 weeks before the actual flight date, as Air Canada clearly told me that I will not be allowed to board the plane. Lucky2go team are least bothered to reply to my emails or update me re my refund. Very poor service.

Non-Responsive attitude of agent

I requested for the travel voucher on my cancelled flights due to Coronavirus a month ago and even after several contacts, I'm not getting any positive response from lucky2go. I contacted airlines about it..They are saying contact with travel agent. Lucky2go is not replying to my request. A worst kind of agent I ever met in my life. Their non-responsive attitude is still going on. My flight was cancelled around 2 month ago and I didn't get any info yet

I booked with Luckytogo and my ticket…

I booked with Luckytogo and my ticket was cancelled.
HOWEVER, they didn't call or email me until 30 minutes before my flight!!
Also, I still haven't been refunded although I have reached out to them multiple times.
The reason it was cancelled was "Covid 19" but when I got to the airport they said it was because of a missing part on the plane.
Hmmm... seems like a general thing they are sending out to avoid refunding quickly. I am very disappointed with this booking service and I am still hoping to get a refund. Also, don't book with GoToGate because it is the same situation. I will need to start booking directly through the airlines because of this.

My flight was also cancelled due to coronavirus I have sent numerous emails to lucky2goand still I haven't been refunded.
Worst service ever.Never again will I use this company.
I didn’t got any information about what I have to do- contact with as and ask/waiting- anything.. any emails......

My flight was also cancelled due to coronavirus over 6 weeks ago and I have sent numerous emails to lucky2go.com and still I haven't been refunded for 4 tickets and an extra payment for date extension.
Worst service ever. I have a family to feed as we are stuck in a country we actually don't live in full time and I am disgusted with this service. Never again will I use this company and if they fail to reimburse me my full amount I will be taking them to court.

I just read your reply and that is the exact same generic reply you sent me via email weeks ago!!!!
Not impressed at all!

NO REPLY

I have contacted Lucky2Go at least 10 times via email for two months and heard nothing back. They do not have a toll free number, only international. I had a round trip flight almost two months ago that I had to cancel due to covid. I have heard absolutely nothing back regarding a refund, credit, not even a denial. I was easily able to contact the airlines who granted my refund but said I must go through the travel agent since they are the ones with my payment. I got on Trustpilot to see if there were any class action lawsuits. Please contact me if so!

Flight coming up...rebook requests being ignored

Hello I have been waiting for a flight change for WEEKS now and my flight that is PARTIALLY cancelled is coming up in a matter of a week. Everyone has been dancing around the subject! I accepted the fact I won’t be getting my money back (even though I payed for cancellation/ flight insurance) If someone with a clue can please respond to me immediately as I’m starting to feel as this whole company is fraudulent!

I have contacted lucky2go before few weeks to get refunds for 2 tickets but they said they will contact the airline to see, and I have not gotten any response yet!

Most Dishonest Company To Deal With.

This company are a pack of Deceivers i have had my flight cancelled and i also had cancellation insurance i rang Finnair and they told me they authorised a FULL REFUND for the flight and this evil Lucky2go are trying to steal my money .... i wont let them though i have opened a case here in ireland with the aviation ombudsman and intend to pursue until i get £198.00 GBP plus insurance cost also as the flight has been cancelled by the operator. BEWARE VERY DISHONEST COMPANY AND STAFF.

The airlines refused to accept the ticket. They told me to contact you and cancel the flight and refund the money back

They left me for 20 minutes with no response which led me to book another flight now I called you many times and I emailed you many times to get my money back.. Please refund my money back 1814.13 SAR!!

Unacceptable service

Unacceptable service.

My airline cancelled my return flight, but the outbound flights were still operating. Instead of just refunding the cancelled leg, they have now cancelled the ENTIRE booking. I am due to fly on Monday, and I cannot check-in online as lucky2go deleted my booking, despite my outbound flights operating.

The airline advises that lucky2go must re-instate the booking in order for me to check-in online, but they have nothing but a contact form with response times up to 24 hours for any queries. They do not have an emergency number, even in the height of a pandemic and travel crisis which is simply unacceptable.

My only option is spend another £500 rebooking the flights direct with the airline and await my refund from lucky2go.

I have made multiple requests (since 19 March 2020) for my booking to be cancelled and refunded on the basis that British Airways has cancelled my flight. I am due to depart on 2 April 2020 and British Airways has said that this must be done prior to departure. No one has replied to my message yet.

Extremely bad service- please cancel asap

I have been trying to get hold of them for my flight to cancel it but there is no one available to handle this issue. They donut send email in English which is a major issue. Please cancel my tickets ASAP. Due to covid we cannot travel. We do have insurance also.

Bad customer service

I have been trying to contact them for the last few days to cancel my flight which is booked for next week. Swiss Airlines has already said to me that they will refund, though I need to go through the booking agency.
I try to email but get no response. Terrible customer service, I need an answer asap.

Horrible

Horrible.
I paid more than $1000 for a flight and bought insurance on it as well.

I asked to either be reimbursed or to be issued a voucher three days before my flight and the lady I was corresponding with drew out the process beyond my flight date. And now "I cannot be reimbursed because it is beyond my flight date."

Refuses to put me in contact with management.
Never again.
