First tour I booked was cancelled, sent message to lucky2go but no reply.
Then FCO advised against travel due to coronavirus causing borders to close worldwide, used contact form to request refund but no reply.
Then noted Namibia where I am traveling to will not allow entry to UK citizens due to coronovirus, tried to send another message with contact form, now contact form will not send message!
The flight is tomorrow.
If lucky2go are reading this please refund my ticket.

I understand that the situation with COVID-19 is difficult everywhere and for everyone, but since every government everywhere suggested not to travel at this time, at least they can give us half of our money back or make sure we can reschedule our trip for a better time without additional costs.
The airline I was supposted to fly with said that we can reschedule our flight free of charge to some other date. When I contacted the customer service at lucky2go - they offered to reschedule but for additional charges which were higher than my current ticket price. When I refused to do so I asked for half refund at least and they replied: ''According to the airline's policy your ticket is non refundable.''
Well, guess what: According to the airline's policy I ALSO have the right to reschedule my flight free of charge, but you ignored that part!
Never again! In the future I will book directly with the airline!

Received email stating need to complete payment to confirm reservation. I've been trying to get in touch with them to confirm payment. Emailed, phoned yet no response. Where is the customer service? Can't even get someone to take payment. They always respond with issue resolved but they do not have any customer service. Expect at least 3-5 days for a response and then the response is useless and not helpful at all.

After deciding to cancel my trip and ask for a refund for my flight tickets, I tried calling lucky2go, but I ended up being on hold for 8 minutes until my call got disconnected. After that, I found an online form on lucky2go page, filled it and sent the request for the refund, but I didn't get an answer at all!
The time of the flight has already passed, and still no answer for my request. That is very unprofessional and irresponsible! I wasted money and time. I am sure that I won't be using lucky2go again!

I have been constantly trying call Lucky2Go since three days, they have put me on hold for an hour multiple times. Have paid additional charges of 118 USD then they say prices are increased and they needed 64 USD more, I paid that too, then they asked me to pay 375 USD more due to price increase, I paid this too (a total of 557 USD additional charges for a ticket of two), but they have not issued corrected tickets till today. And tomorrow is my flight. I have sent them hundreds of emails and have filled several web-forms but no response is being received.
Update: Ticket received as desired.
The service is very good! Unless you decide to change any details of the reservation.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!
I've received incredibly unprofessional customer service from lucky2go. I've had my emails and calls ignored and had very rude and unprofessional replies via email and very rude responses on the phone. I've been given false information and very little explanation for why my flight supposedly could't be cancelled despite the airline confirming it could be cancelled. The travel agency must contact the airline in order to cancel and refund a flight but lucky2go has refused to do so despite me asking them repeatedly.
If you haven't booked with lucky2go yet please do not use them!
It's also hard to find their contact information online and it's unlikely anyone will respond via the contact form. I suggest ringing them on the number given at the bottom of your confirmation email and getting in touch with the airline directly to get correct information.

I have logged a complaint and was informed I would get a response within 14 days. It has been longer that and no response, please respond and issue me a full refund otherwise I have no choice but to contact my bank and the ombudsman
I had trouble checking in via lucky2go website due to their system not accepting my passport info. I contacted them via email on their website and they responded within the hour!! Even after providing, they said they couldn’t do anything but rest assured that the tickets were booked. Using the confirmation numbers provided, I ended up checking in with the airline directly and all went well!
Edit: I never had the option to pick my seats but on my first leg, the tickets turned out to be economy plus, which included extra luggage and a meal in-flight! Both of my seats were window/aisle instead of a middle seat. Pleasantly happy!

Easy booking and payment but booking confirmation is a different story!
After 8 days they finally respond to my email asking for more info which they ALREADY have it ! and I found a new phone number in their email and after a call they confirm my booking !!

Worse experience ever. I’ve never delt with this before when booking a flight, Google makes me book through this faulty website that charges me $100 more than it is supposed to charge me. And when I try to get ahold of the company or seek an explanation I’m left with the upmost disappointment. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! There’s no phone contact no cancelation option nothing you are stuck. I’ve emailed called google as well as called the actual airline and no one can help Thanks Lucky2go really feelin the love already.

You have been asked many times to send scans of medical documents confirming that you have not taken the flight. Without these documents, we can not apply for any refund for you.---in response to this, I've been asked many times???!!! Why turn the table now? I informed your staff that's its impossible to provide this document. But you could verify directly from the airline company if I had took that flight. Cmon!! This is not the way if handling this after taking my money??? I have been emailing you guys explaining my side but you found something to throw the blame on me. How considerate.

They have issued my son e-tickets with the wrong name - there is no one with good enough English to sort this out for him on line and no one answers the phone. He has paid a fortune and can't get this sorted. They are not ATOL protected and you will be screwed!!!!! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My ticket from Decatur Il to Atlanta Ga( by way of Phil. Penn) it was an emergency trip. It cost 405.00 when my statement came it was 405.00 x 1.10314155 for a total of 447.71 plus a foreign transaction fee of 4.48.I also missed my flight from Phili to Atlanta and had to stay overnight in Phili.

Written on your homepage, you highlight the 2Go Shield. This states that any delayed or cancelled flight, Lucky2Go will assist in a rebooking. If not, then the purchase payment will be refunded.
On December 18th I had a flight from Cluj-Napoca, final destination Tokyo, with 2 stops in Bucharest and Doha.
Because the first flight to Bucharest was delayed, I missed my subsequent 2 flights to Doha and Tokyo.
However, when my flight was delayed, I talked to 2 different Lucky2Go agents who said that it was impossible to move me onto a different flight.
I ended up looking and buying my new flights, to Tokyo. I waited for 24 hours in the airport, and nobody from customer support was able to help me. I simply don't understand this. I booked with you Lucky2Go, based on the guarantee. I was shocked to hear that nobody on the phone could help me, and I had to find and buy 2 new flights.
Thus, I would like my money back for the first set of flights.
I CANNOT EVEN SEND YOU A HELP REQUEST ON YOUR WEBSITE IT IS ONLY AN ERROR MESSAGE!
