NEVER AGAIN

I will give it one cause I can not give a ZERO star. I bougth a flight back in May through Lucky2Go. I got an email more than 2 weeks ago saying that my flight had been cancelled. I tried to reach out to see my options. Yesterday, after two weeks trying to get a word from them, I received an email saying that I can not get a refund (even though I had paid an extre fee or insurance to do changes). They did not give any options to proceed. I called the airline and they are offering free exchanges. Lucky2go offered a change BUT subject to a rate difference even though they KNOW the changes are been offered for FREE. Also, they did not provide any options in the email, it was more like: "let us know what do you want to do". There is not a way to change the ticket myself in their website or request a change from there. So, here I am relying on whenever they want to get back to me via email may be 2 weeks later. Loosing all the opportunities to get a flight. Shame on you doing this to people during a pandemics. Also, good luck with other people buying your services.

can't contact

I really need to cancell the ticket and get refund,I am in big trouble almost homeless.
I sent email to cancell the ticket right in 24hr,all I got is crappy auto reply as same as others.
I contacted with the airline company ,its sure I can cancell it and get fully refund,the problem here is the agency of lucky2go and leave the unavailable contact number.
If the thing can't be settled down the whole thing looks like a scam.
You put me in very big trouble,the money is my last hope during these days,im going to be homeless

Payment issues

Booking number 77242961

I have tried to reach out to this company several times! My booking is saying it is waiting for payment but the money has already been taken out of my account! I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I have filled out the contact forms and it says within 24 hours but it has been days...

They deserve negative stars 1 is too much for them. I booked a flight and about 3 hrs later I requested to cancel the order was pending. They contact me a few days later saying that they can’t refund me due do the airlines policy. That is bull because ever airline give you 24 hrs to cancel. This company is the worst this is a scam they have no number to contact them. They email back days later with crap and they give u an international num. I had to submit my dispute to my credit card company so hopefully they can deal with this crappy company.

Flight cancellation/refund Request

I have booked a flight and received an email saying flights were canceled due to COVID-19 and that they would reach out to me to get me my refund. But it has been almost 3 weeks and still no answer or reply back to my response on their website. Please reach out to me on this issue.

I need to change my flight date but no one respond me

I need to change my flight date and filled out the contact form on June 2, June 4 and June 12, but I have not received any response so far. I booked a Cathay Pacific flight from San Francisco to Shanghai (Hong Kong transfer) on June 23, but I checked on the official website of Cathay Pacific found that I was unable to transfer via Hong Kong to mainland China, which means that my second trip was not possible. The airline told me that I cannot take this ticket, if I go to the airport, I will be denied boarding. Do not buy from a company with no service.

I have been waiting for a response from the company for over a week now because when I ordered my flights last month, they were on the 25th and 28th. Get a confirmation that my flights are now on the 18th and 25th. The number on the website just hangs up on your. The contact form get you absolutely no where. The only place the company seems to respond to is here.

Regarding booking no. 52267621 I DID NOT EVER ACCEPT A BOOKING CHANGE THE FLIGHT ON 15TH WAS CANCELLED YOU MUST FIND ME REFUND ME FOR THE FLIGHT YOU CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE!!!! I changed the flight to the 15th on my own no thanks to you. Dont bother to do anything now! I fixed it.

I need to change my booking

I need to change my booking. They sent me an email saying they respond in 24 h it has been 4 days and it is the last day before the flight. I see this is where they answer... The airline company is changing the flight with no questions they just need to forward the applications. This is the worst user experience, if I am loosing my money I will sue them ! they said 'Unfortunately, the airline is not agreeing for the monetary refunds
- changing the date of flight and/or destination,
- voucher valid for 1 year.'

please stop send me a generic e-mail
i have connecting flights with different airlines which one won't do that ?
I don't know when I will be able to travel next time and surely can't just book any flight in advance.
and I have no interest in getting a voucher i don't know when or if i can travel again and that may cover or may not cover my next flights.
Sorry neither of these suggestions will work for me.
I would like to have my refund in same form I paid for the service I did not get.
I also know that in case the flight were to be cancelled, customer have the right for total refund and that's what I am asking for.
I am sorry for pushing back on this.

Ignored for 2 months

DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN HERE!

I bought 2 tickets yesturday and i called frontier to see if they can change my flights becuase they lucky2go page wasn't helping me, they weren't replying anything and frontier told me there were not reservations with my confirmation number. You are terrible! BAD SERVICE!!

BEWARE! STAY AWAY!!
Terrible service! Cancelled my flight multiple times and haven't given me a new date to fly or refunded my money yet. Worst communication I've ever experienced. Dont waste your time or try to save money with them.i wish I just paid the regular amount at a real airline instead of trying to save some money. You get what you pay for.
