Lucky2go is HORRIBLE

Lucky2go is HORRIBLE.
They have not responded to my multiple attempts to cancel a trip to Barcelona in October due to COVID-19. The airlines will not let me cancel my reservation and request a refund myself, as they say the travel agency must make this request. But Lucky2go will not make the cancellation and request the refund on my behalf. I have tried their contact form, emails, and messages. It's like they boarded up the company and walked out when the pandemic hit. This company is absolutely terrible.

Edit: Their response below makes it clear that they do not even read these messages. I've already tried the contact form three times!!!

Terrible terrible management of Covid19…

Terrible terrible management of Covid19 refunds.
My flights to South America were meant to happen back in March and there's still no movement on the refund....
Requests are being processed in order of applying.... and that's it since forever, no other communication.
Really think this is just a scam that will go on forever until you as customer give up.
Those are large sums many of us have tied in with you, how about at least bit more communication about what to expect and when.

We forward them to customers as soon as we receive them from the airlines. Got a reply only under my bad review…

Got a reply only under my bad review and it was to let me know this was forwarded to customer support. That was 3 days ago. Their phones still do not work. I have tried every number they have on all their pages. Now I have one day until my flight and I will have to buy a new ticket with my money still with this company.

If you are wondering whether it’s worth using this company just to save a little cash, please don’t. Do not use them. They will take your money, and never send a ticket or reach out in any way.

Paying more money for boarding pass

I booked my flight through this company and paid extra money for boarding pass 48-8 hours before flight and boarding pass never came. I did it somewhere else, but if they charge everyone for this and then never send it to you, then i guess good business for them. Dont book this company if you dont have to

Horrible company

Horrible company. Feeding on the COVID19 crisis they will book and cancel tickets immediately to cash in the handling fee and make you beg for a refund.
I expect to see some news around them soon.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to resolve my flight issues for a return flight from London to Auckland for over a week. I have paid to have an include service-package with my booking and this service has not been delivered to me at all. My departing flights had been delayed by 30 hours and Lucky2Go gave no corrospondene during this time which is completely unacceptable.

Now I am trying to get in contact to prepare for my returning flight and still there has been no communication. I have had to be notified by the airline that one of my flights had been rescheduled, and Lucky2Go have not acknowleged this at all. Now my connections are no longer in sequence and my return flight is voided. Effectively my booking is ruined and nothing is actively being done and I am left in the dark.

When you write in to make an enquiry, they make a promise to reply within 24 hours. I have made this enquiry THREE times and it has not been responded to. Lucky2Go has no transparency. This needs to be solved immediately.

** I have received the reply to this review, but still no contact from Lucky2Go Customer Service directly. It has been 4 days since the reply, and 20 days since my initial customer service request.

I booked a flight and it got cancelled and no body responding to the email I sent and they won't give my refund back. Worstest travel agent don't buy ticket from them.

Better to avoid flight ticket provider lucky2go

I paid 5 GBP additionally to get the boarding passes via e-mail.
Abstract from their lucky2go Service Email:
"We will send boarding passes to your e-mail from 48 to 8 hours before the flight.
We will complete the check-in process for you once the airline makes it available. If your travel consists of various flights, we will send boarding passes in separate e-mails from 48 to 8 hours before each one of them."
--> In fact they never have sent me the boarding passes.
Now when I read all the ratings at Trustpilot I have the feeling they do this or similar unreliability/cheating with a big number of customers.
So I recommend to avoid this flight ticket provider/lucky2go. With that kind of behavior an Eastern European company will never get a reliable reputation like a Western European company/competitor normally has (in most cases).

I booked a ticket through this site

I booked a ticket through this site. They changed the priced 3 times. And even after I payed the last price they send me an email to pay additional 11 euros. An email that was send a day before I was supposed to fly. Long story short. I arrived to the airport and had no ticket. No telephone contact of course. I email them 5 emails no reply. After the 6th one and me threatening to go to the police. They replied saying my ticket has been canceled. And I will get a refund. Which still has been returned. The worst traveling agent! Please dont book with them! You wont get your money back. And they take forever to reply in the email section. I missed my holiday because of them.

COVID-19 Refund

Hello again, I’m just baffled on how your claiming that my unused booking flight due to the Coronavirus Pandemic is still being “reviewed”. When you can clearly see that I’ve bought my ticket since the 28th of February. My flight was cancelled since March, and yet I haven’t received any refund. You guys said I should be receiving information from you guys, and that clearly is another lie that your stating. Because since this pandemic I’ve been emailing you guys on the status of my refund. And yet all I’m receiving is inconclusive statements that don’t back up what you guys initially claimed. So honestly, let me know NOW, if you guys are going to give me my refund of $983.51. We’ve been going at this for about 3 months now, and it’s almost 4 months. And obviously, being calm and collect with you guys is not the answer. Because I see now, that you guys only respond to reviews to cover your ass.

Bunch of scammers

Bunch of scammers, my flight was canceled as they say, no money refunded whatsoever, no reply, not even when I tried to contact them!!! Do not use them. They will most likely go into administration soon.

P.s. I've sent you the form already.

URGENT REFUND UPDATE

Still no news on my refund! Its been a month and half since a wrote my last review (06/30/2020) and I´ve waited patiently and still haven´t received my refund of my canceled flights! The cancelation was done on May and 3 months have passed and nothing!

A month and half ago both of my tickets were cancelled by the airline (Iberia) due to Covid. I contacted lucky2go to initiate the refund process and they assured me that it was initiated. I´ve sent several emails asking for updates of my refund and they ask for patience, that it depends on the airline and even they have "Waiting for refund" in my account....
Today, I´ve spoken with the airline directly (Iberia) and they tell me that the cancellation process has not even been requested by the agency!!!

Its been a month and a half and this what Iberia has told me, is this correct??! HOW has my cancellation process not even been requested??? I need prove of this cancellation request asap!

Worst Travel Agency

terrible experience. My flight got canceled back in April and lucky2go have been completely ignoring my emails for a refund which I am legally entitled to. The are the most untrustworthy travel agent I have ever had to deal with. All they do is take your money and provide no follow up. They just keep telling me to have "patience" which is completely insulting given that they are constantly ignoring me. Shame of you.

No updates

Received an e-mail from SG Airlines saying my supposed transit flight is changed to 4 days later, and that my agency will contact me, but still no word from you guys. Even the flight details in your site isn’t updated. Tried calling customer service but no one talks in English.

Not only has no one reached out to me, but I have also tried calling their number several times and received no reply.
Due to the urgent nature of this matter, we are quite disheartened. We are legally entitled to a refund and/or readjustment and our rights and needs have been deliberately disregarded by a company that claims to put the needs of customers first.

I received ONE e-mail from the company and have since replied on THREE separate occasions and have received no response. It is not in my spam or trash. They just haven't responded and we are growing increasingly frustrated.

Booking in Progress... No update

Yesterday I booked a flight ticket from Prague to Stockholm but I still have no update on the booking as the status is 'Booking in Progress' - The money has been deducted from my bank account and the customer care has not gotten back to me either. This is the first time I used lucky2go but is this how it works here in Europe? When can I expect a confirmation?
