Hello! I have already filled 3 contact form and got no answer back. I would appreciate very much if you could answer me if it is everything alright with my outbound flight since a segment of my return flight was cancelled and I also want to benefit of my right to change the date for that flight. I have booked through this website a flight to India in August this year. I was attraced by the cheap deal that lucky2go offered not knowing that their social responsibility and responsiveness is so low.
After trying to get my flights refunded (due to visa restrictions of the Indian government as part of Covid-19 regulation) AirIndia told me to get in touch with the travel agency that made the booking for me to get the refund processed.
I was trying to find a phone number of the lucky2go website but I couldn't find any. I contated lucky2go through the contact form but I did not receive any feedback.
I have given them all my flight details and information but did not get any help.
If lucky2go reads this and is worried about its public reputation it should get in touch with me.

Bought a ticket from Poland to Zante. When I saw the commentaries about this company I started to freak out, so many bad reviews. For my surprise, I received the tickets from the airline about 4 days later. BUT my luggage that I spent 40 euros are NOT INCLUDED. They do not answer anything. It’s very difficult to contact such a company. I was really going to put an amazing review but I really need my luggage. I would be pleased if you could correct it as soon as possible! I bought one flight from lucky2go and flight was cancelled and I was warned. With the virus it was understandable so they owe me $800, I bought another flight for yesterday and NOONE told me it was cancelled!!!!! No one even tried contacting me!!! Drove hours to Moscow airport with suitcases and a5 year old daughter and my flight was cancelled!!!! They are not responding to my messages and of course the phone lines are off. Now another almost $1000 is down the drain and I need to buy tickets with a reputable company! Give me my money back!!! ASAP! And fix your broken system! 9095415352 and 9269495691

Unreliable! I have asked for an invoice and given them the details. They said they will contact me within 24h. They haven't!
If you call the tel number in their site, after the end of their recording the line cut off because is just a tel number with a recording. No office. No customer support staff!
As there is no service why to buy a ticket from them? Better pay a little more with the airline than use them and be safe.
Is pity I didn't check the reviews prior buying my ticket. 90% bad must mean something to the readers!!!

I hade my flight cancelled in March, got refound of 3 EUR, and original price vas around 250 EUR.
It is so comical that they are blaming airline for flight cancellation, but the flight was not cancelled, only lucky2go didn't make chekin in time. So I was robbed by them and they are not even honest enough to answer your mail. So under any circumstances do not use it, go somewhere else because if there is to be a problem of any kind I will get scammed out of your money.

I have contacted the company 3 times via the online form and no one has bothered to reply. I have a flight next week and trying to change it but cannot get anyone to even respond and there is no contact number in service. Terrible customer service!

Pésimo. No se puede definir de otra forma el servicio que supuestamente ofrecen. No me enviaron las tarjetas de embarque, no existe ninguna forma de comunicarse con ellos y lo único que te queda es un triste contestador que te termina llevando a un formulario de una web. VERGONZOSO.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I paid over $2100 for tickets to Brazil before the pandemic happened and I contacted them THROUGH EMAIL three times before the flight since the pandemic happened because the president closed the border to go to Brazil which made me and my family not able to go! I never expected this company to never respond and for this company to not care about their customers. You can’t even talk to a representative because they don’t have a phone number! In the end, I lost so much money and got no refund or credit. No one trust this company! They are the absolute worst and only care about stealing your money.

OK, I got my refund successfully in 3 days. But, I must say if you want a quick solution to anything you wouldn't get it here.
I have booked a flight for the next day around 36 hrs and the first reply I got from them was after 10 hours and in the meanwhile, I was not sure if I am getting my ticket or refund. Tried to call but their number was never accessible.
My thoughts, Go on the official Airline website and book your ticket from there or if you have a strong heart try them because their prices are REALLY cheap compared to others. But, I wanted to clarify one thing here again. I got my refund successfully within 3 days.

Most unprofessional service I ever got. Paid $120 for my flight and they’re still asking for more money I have no idea for what or why. I tried contacting them and they send a email saying they’ll contact me in 24 hrs but never do. Number on the website doesn’t even work just says to reach them on their website. Why have a number on the same website to just tell me only the website works? Makes no sense. Overall just a big scam wouldn’t recommend. Make sure to check where your booking from people.

I booked a flight back in January with the company, the flight was for April and cancelled in March. I submitted a refund request then when told my flight was cancelled, after back and forth trying to give me a voucher they said they would process the refund with the airline. 3 and half months later still no refund or timeframe! No one gets back to us and Lufthansa don't even know about the refund!

I book this ticket end of June OmanAir booking N313S2 , ticket # 910- 9090005262 because of some important circumstances I cannot flight.. I'm been coordinate with them last 3 weeks to refund my ticket flight they ignore in me..

I booked through them due to the prices they offered. On the page it said one price and when everything was all done the price was different and my card was charged 3xs the amount advertised. To get in contact with them is the worst part, it’s nearly impossible. I’ve used their contact form but that’s not feasible for urgent matters. When it comes to this type of business people cannot edit for an email they need to speak with someone right away!

My 1/3 flight was delayed so much I would have missed my 2/3 flight. Airline is cooperating but lucky2go won't answer my contact form sent through their contact section on their site well over 2 days ago.
Airline reserved my seat in new flights with the same itinerary. Lucky2go needs to make the change in my ticket but they won't answer.
The response from lucky2go in another trustpilot thread is:
"Good morning, we want to help you but we can't identify you in our system by name. For verification, please send the reservation number and e-mail address to which it was made using the contact form /about-us/contact. Best regards, lucky2go."
Lucky2go - I have sent you this information via contact form as requested many times already with no luck. I also put my lucky2go order number in the reference number in this form.
I am not sure how much you want to help me really. Instead of replying my review you could just answer one of my 5 contact forms and emails.

I have tried contacting the company for 5 days and there is no response. Have to make a change to my booking and there seems to be no way to do this. Shocking lack of service levels. Hope this review might jolt some reaction from them and will be happy to revisit this review if it does. UPDATE: Managed to eventually engage via email to customer services. Effected name change for a fee. Did NOT receive automated boarding card so had to check-in online directly with the airline just before travelling to the airport. Now concerned about my return as the airline has no longer any recognition of our return flight so I can't check-in directly. Have tried contacting customer services via their comment form and direct by email. No response as yet. If only they had more staff to help their customers they might deliver a service worth using. Sitting here a little concerned we may not make it back on our booked and paid for flight. Will update again when more news. SECOND UPDATE: Wizzair let us on the flight, but had no knowledge of us as passengers. Received apology from lucky2go after the flight and contact details to raise a claim for boarding card print off service. Wrote following reply to their email:
Your reply comes far too late Bartosz,
The stress of using your service is too much and certainly not worth any savings it might profess to offer
You need to install 24/7 customer care and a customer service that is responsive to customer queries in a timely manner…preferably over the phone
I suspect half of your problems stem from customers having to try and contact you around 20 times before they even get a response…which just builds up the communication you in turn have to go through - so you will find that you might even get on top of the issues much better if you can just get your customer service telephone line up and running again. Nearly all your customer issues stem from the fact we simply cannot get hold of you to resolve simple issues.
I would have been relaxed had your team sent me a revised reference code for the return leg that proved to the airline that you had paid for tickets and would have been perfectly happy to print off own boarding cards accordingly, as I did for the outbound trip.
Unfortunately for both flights there was no automated boarding card service, and for the return flight the airline had no knowledge of our booking !? That made us seriously concerned we might not even be allowed to get on the flight
Thankfully and down totally to the grace of the airline, Wizzair, they resolved to deal with these issue with yourselves (Lucky2Go) rather than with us, and let us on the aircraft (even more graciously waiving both a fee for the tickets they couldn’t see, and the associated boarding card print off fee)
You need to offer much much better and more timely and responsive customer service if you are not going to be perceived as a scam, and your business likely to fail accordingly. If as a customer you cannot see your tickets in the airline booking system, then it looks like you haven’t booked the tickets the customer has paid for…this causes major stress for the customer.
Perhaps you can take this suggestion to your management, as despite adding more personnel it is clear you are not overcoming the problems your customers are facing, and there is zero responsiveness over weekends or out-of-normal-office hours…that needs to change as it is simply unacceptable to your customers.
Please take my comments in the constructive manner in which they are intended. I suspect you are trying to build a business on efficient automated lines to offer value for customers, which I can applaud. Unfortunately it is not working at the moment and automation yields issues that still need to be resolved with manpower.
If you can do that, you will start to attract more positive reviews online, which should yield more business…it would instil a virtuous cycle that could break you out from the current very negative online perception.
