It has been almost two months since I request a refund.
They have emailed me to say that they were only able to refund me ~50 Euros.

Take note that "The ceasing of Cathay Dragon’s operations, your flight will be cancelled." Yes, the flight is cancelled!

Yet, I'm not getting any (even the 50 Euros) so far!
Please response!!!! I'm very disappointed!!

Hi. I got an email informing me that my flight was cancelled due to the pandemic. I was provided with 2 alternatives: Either to wait for a later date or a refund. Chose refund. Filled every necessary information needed and for weeks now no information from your travel agency. I called, spoke with a lady and explained everything to her. Yet, nothing has changed so far. I feel sad

Still now the company is not send me about my ticket. They just give the booking number. And when i checked to the airline office, they said the ticket is not yet complete. Please tell me about this. I have flight tomorrow night.

Tried to request a refund due to having to isolate due to Covid. I paid for 'All risk trip cancellation' which 'Includes COVID-19 infection of the insured persons and obligatory quarantine before the departure'. I should be entitled to a '90% refund of the flight ticket costs'. Yet the from refuses to send and no one will reply to my emails. Terrible company, they are clearly a scam so save yourself time, money and sanity. My order number is 4825869434. My insurance certificate number is 4509156931.

I have a ticket booked through Lucky2go and attempting to add luggage to my reservation...sent them a form, tried calling them...no result. Tried to check the ticket on the airline site and it simply doesn't come up. Do I even have a ticket?

I made a purchase with this company after I paid, they sent me code but when I tried to register the code with the airline the reservation number doesn't exist I would like an answer to this situation. but when I try to contact,no one answer

This is a follow on from my review below.you told me to email your support, and that you would refund me the extra fee I had to pay at the airport to check-in there eventhough the ticket stated to specifically checkin at the airport and not online.

I have been back and forward with abda by email. This person is so useless even though I have sent screenshot of your last reply to email for a refund and screenshot of my ticket to check in at the airport not online and then a screenshot of them charging me anyway. Abda still does not understand why I want a refund for the fee for checkin at the airport. If you read the emails abda would be writing, you would think she was from another planet. I ask can someone normal email me back and help process my refund,? 9QZSX9

I edit my previous comment because the facts have shown that I was wrong.
In the end, Lucky2go has replied all my messengers (so no communication problems) and has managed successfully my refund request (Covid related).
So I apologised for my previous comment ("scamming passengers").

I purchased a ticket from Dubrovnik to Salzburg and back and the flight was canceled by lucky2go a day before on the 06.03.2020.I have been fighting this company for a refund for months and I have all the flight details.After months they e-nailed me that they issued a refund on the 03.09.2020.I rang my banker and that was a lie.There was no refund issued.Aprox.5 days ago they contacted me via e-mail saying that they issued a refund via bank transfer and so far I did not get the money.They where twice the price than the other company I flew with and this is a company to be aware off.Do not deal with them or you will loose your money.I will write down the insurance number down instead off reference number.

We had a flight booked for May 31, our flights got canceled in April. We had travel insurance, and have emailed at least 10 times we keep getting the response that they are waiting on the airline. It has been seven months with no refund.

This company continues to deliver f***ing outrageous customer service that is completely unhelpful. After months of waiting on a response, I finally get an email today saying both that my ticket was non-refundable (despite the fact that I paid for cancellation insurance for this flight) and also that I need to file a claim with the AXA insurer, whom I have never heard of before. Even when trying to be helpful, this company continues to disappoint beyond measure.

I booked a flight to Longyearbyen, Norway from Frankfurt, Germany. Due to the Norway's travel restrictions you are not allowed to transit through norway (I would have had to go through Oslo), so I wanted to change the date for my flight to accompany the mandatory quarantine. I also got an automated email from them telling me that the first leg (Frankfurt to Oslo) had been cancelled and that they're are looking for other options.
I sent 3 Emails and called 15 times trying to get in touch and change the date of my flights but I never heard back from them.
Now I just wan't to cancel my flight and book a new one with a different company.

Contacted Hawaiian Airlines if you really did contacted them regarding the refund for cancelled flight but there was no documentation or whatsoever as per them. They said that all that they need is a waiver code and you guys can get refunded. Easy peasy!!!

This extremely bad and thief travel agency, please please be careful never ever make deal with this stupid website. They stole my money and never refund me.
They are a big lier.

Credit where credit is due. I booked a return flight to Australia with lucky2go (booking made in January, trip scheduled for early July). The flight got cancelled by the airline because of COVID. I contacted luck2go to request a refund. They informed me that they had to wait until the airline verified that a refund was due because of the cancellation of the flight. Just over 2 months after the original departure date I received a full refund from lucky2go. Would have been nice to get it quicker but I don't know how much is in their hands and how much depends on the airline getting back to them. And I had expected some delays in the process because of the disruption due to COVID. And to be fair, they did process the refund request and returned the money.
