DO NOT buy from here. Go to an airline agent or official airline website

The website is designed to trap customer when placing an order. You will never be able to get any refund. I placed an order and the services fee was added automatically without my consent and without showing up on the total summary page!!. 4mins later I emailed and ask for those added services fee back. they did not agree and said those are non-refundable.
I wished I could had looked up the website reputation before purchasing my air ticket!! booking #8431492204

This is by far the worst travel agency

This is by far the worst travel agency. My experience with them has been a complete hell. They’re a big fraud. I changed the time of my flight through their website and the did not make the change happen and only informed me about that when I was at the airport on the new date, ever since then I’ve been trying to get a refund or another ticket from and they’re refusing to help in anyways and they’re being completely irresponsible and not reliable on so many levels. This problem has been going on since January.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS WEBSITE WHATSOEVER AS IT IS A COMPLETE FRAUD.

And please help me take legal action against them.

What a discusting company, my flights have been cancelled with KLM which I stupidly booked through this company. I'm extremely disappointed with the service. Trying to get a refund and get get any replys from emails complaints or anything??? Don't go near them....

Thanks everyone for your reviews! I was about to book my flight through Lucky2go.com but after reading all the negative reviews, you have spared me a ton of headache it sounds like. I will book directly through the airline. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for and i'd rather pay a bit more to get good service and peace of mind.

Charged twice for the same booking

I am certain that I booked only this flight and I have received only one confirmation email. Also my booking status confirms that. However, in my bank account I see the exact same amount of 147.08€ withdrawn twice from your company. I demand an explanation for this incident and to have the money of the second charge returned.

My booking id: 40106453

My flight status now has been changed from "waiting for refund" to "archival booking". Please respond to numerous emails that I have sent inquiring about the status of credit for my bookings. I know its chaotic time, but at least reply to those emails and let me know whether there is any progress. Could you let me know at least if the refund is being processed. Thank you . waiting for your reply.

I was just about to book a flight but…

I was just about to book a flight through Lucky2go, but after reading so many of the negative reviews, decided to pay a little more and book directly from the airline. I’m SHOCKED! I’ve never seen so many one star/negative reviews. Lucky2go, you should be ashamed of yourselves! This is a terrible way to run a company. So sad!

My flights were cancelled 10/1/2020 and…

My flights were cancelled 10/1/2020 and I have not received a refund as of 2/11/2021. I received an email 11/6/2020 stating I was due a refund but the airline was the reason for delay - I have called Cathay Pacific several times and both times they confirmed (including today) that Lucky2Go has not reached out for a refund. And per Cathay, it is as simple as them sending an email to airline - which I provided to Lucky2Go. I have already disputed with my credit card company but the dispute people from Lucky2Go appear to be the only competent and timely workers there, because they got back to Chase in record time with false information (they stated I was trying to cancel non-refundable flights).

We will see what happens from here and hopefully I can be the one person who can come back and leave a more positive updated review. Until then, I can't even say "buyer beware" - buyer, just DON'T. Pay the extra few hundred dollars and go with reputable company.

Shocking behaviour continues

11 days have gone by since they claimed to have forwarded my review to the customer service department, i am still waiting and have not heard anything back!

This is quite frankly, unbelievably dreadful customer service! We are approaching two months and luckytogo still can't resolve this. I am pulling my hair out with this and my old pensioner mother is so stressed out.

I was hoping to post a positive review that my issue had been resolved but it is still just the same old awful customer service. They don't care at all and still no number to call.

UPDATE- the response I got from you in January was weeks ago and one i have responded to TWICE already without getting a response!

I was refunded only £173! That is not the cost of the return flight.

Each ticket cost me £184.10 so for the tickets alone it was £368.20. I have already sent you all the proof of this.

How much more is one supposed to do? You lack of communication and customer care is astonishing!

Never Again.

Since I’m feeling a little threatened by the reply below, I figured it’s probably a good idea to state that this review is based on my own experience with this company and I am expressing my own opinions about my experience with Lucky2go.

I booked a trip to Lisbon almost 9 months ago with Lucky2Go and that went smoothly. But when COVID became such a danger in Lisbon that my hotels cancelled my reservations because the city was going into lockdown mode and I was even asked to consider traveling after the numbers went down by the hotel manager, I listened and I reached out to Lucky2go. I explained that as someone who has serious health issues, I didn’t feel safe traveling now, I asked if there was any way they could work with me.

I got the expected ‘no’ and an explanation that the airline would not allow it. So I called the airline, only to have them direct me back to Lucky2go, since I booked with them. When I pleaded with L2G again, I got no reply. As a matter of fact, most of my communication I’ve received from them has been through this review.

Which brings me to my pros and cons:

PROS: great deal (if I had felt safe enough to go through with it)

CONS:
For me it was impossible to find a phone number, let alone customer service

The best way to get in your touch with anyone is by email, online forms, or on their Facebook site. I got auto replies and now I’m getting replied on Facebook with the same message they left here. It also took a few days but I got a reply to my email days later signed with a first name only

No way to explain your situation or have a conversation. And in my case, the decision to not travel was somewhat last-minute so there wasn’t much room or time for a resolution communicating this way.

I experienced the worst case scenario of traveling but isn’t that the case with all travel at this moment? In my opinion, yes. And because of that, I view buying travel very differently after my experience with Lucky2Go. I now see the value of booking directly with an airline where I can call and speak to someone and find a resolution instead of the runaround and non-responsiveness I experienced with Luck2Go.

This was a hard lesson to learn but I did learn it. You get what you pay for and what seemed like a great deal turned into a frustrating mess quickly for me.

So, when I say ‘Never Again’ I mean I will only book with the airline from now on. It’s worth it- in my opinion.

***Reply to update*** In my personal opinion, it would have been nice to receive replies to my emails and not only on this review site. Regardless, I did finally receive a reply telling me that I could have received a voucher if I had cancelled the flight (this is the first time I hear of this) but I also explained that I was waiting to hear back from Lucky2Go so I could take the appropriate steps to receive a voucher or refund but did not get a reply in time to cancel my flight. Now I’ve been asked to take it up with the airline but I also explained a while ago that the airline will not deal with me because I booked my flight with Lucky2Go. I’m not saying you’re trying to wash your hands of me but at least a contact name and number of the person at the airline who knows of my situation would be appreciated- otherwise it will just be more of the same runaround I’ve been experiencing. Thank you.

They just want your money...

This is my third negative review about this company. They do not care about customers at all. Once you make the payment that's it done. No way of getting it back even you opt for cancellation package. I have been sending them emails and all they say is they are waiting on airlines. That's some ridiculous excuse. I already spoke to airlines and they said its lucky2go's responsibility and there is nothing on airlines side. I am frustrated to the extent that I wanna sue them. I shared about them on all social medial and every one that has bad experience with them please do so. At least others will be saved from this Company.

No son fiables

Desde marzo de 2020 intentó que me devuelvan el dinero de mis billetes 3.400€. Ellos dicen que la compañía Alitalia no les responde y Alitalia dice que no han recibido ninguna petición de devolución de lucky2go y no me quieren enviar pruebas de la supuesta petición que han enviado a Alitalia.
Por supuesto que mienten, no quieren devolverme el dinero aunque están obligados por la cancelación de los vuelos por covid.

Non-existing customer service and…

Non-existing customer service and glitchy website. On trustpilot they reply to everyone that they forwarded the inquiry to customer service however I never received a reply from them. They leave you without any options to either change the flight date or to receive a refund, disappearing with your money. Very frustrating!! Zero professionalism. Liars.

Poor Communication & Customer Service

I am very disappointed by the response of customer service. I have emailed several times about an urgent need to change the date for a flight due to Coronavirus travel restrictions and have received no response. This travel agency is extremely unreliable and unresponsive. I encourage anyone reading this to avoid using them if at all possible.

At my wits end looking for a refund!!

I got a flight ticket for a country…

I got a flight ticket for a country that is closed because of the COVID. First of all, they didn't warned me of that. I paid the flexible tickets and on top of that in order for me to change the date they asked me to pay a changing fee. I have email them ten times already and haven't received the link to change my flighting date. Awful. I totally regret of using this agency to travel.
