They seem so nice and affordable..

They seem so nice and affordable... but are evasive with actual ticket information ...and refuse any refund ...they are more expensive than booking direct with the airlines...

Such a deceitful booking app

Such a deceitful booking app. I paid extra amount immediately what they asked to extend the ticket and now they asking more money in which I can get another flight both sides. I have lose my 800 $ just for one side . Don’t book your ticket by this site . I m so frustrated.

Extremely frustrating

Extremely frustrating, poorly customer service!
Booked a return ticket from them and the flight back was canceled. Sent them emails regarding the refund and that I still want to keep my ticket for my first flight that wasn’t canceled.
No one replies, not even to give out the information wether I still have my ticket or is it completely canceled!

They didn t checked me in as they said

They said that they will make the check in for me. There were 24h left until my flight and they didn't. I called them and only then they checked me in promising that they will make the check in for the return flight.
Again they didn t!!!
And there was 10.00 PM, my flight was the next day at 7.00 AM and I was not checked in!! I tried to call them, they were not opened because they don t have a 24/7 call center as they should have! Lucky for me that I was able to do my check in on the airline company website!
DON T BUY TICKETS VIA LUCKY2GO!

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. You can not get in contact with them, they have no phone number. And even with covid they do not care about there customers. They take you’re money and don’t even issue you at least a credit for your flight that you paid for if your affected by covid or any emergency. They are seriously the worst airline/ company I’ve dealt with.

They all frauds you should only book through direct air line flights I mean like direct through emirates and ethihad,United airlines they will refund you or leave open the ticket to change another day ,not through Skyscanner,etc,etc they don’t refund you back bloody theifs look at the fake reviews the workers have left 😂.

THE WORST AGENCY.

This is the WORST agency DONT BOOK WITH THEM. There’s no costumer service. They changed my name ! I know I wrote it right and they deleted my first last name.
I’m flying on Sunday 31th and I NEED this fixed ASAP ! My confirmation # is 2TNADJ

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! Do not book through them. I am going to have to report them to get my money back. I booked a flight and due to Covid not being able to go I have requested a refund or credit multiple times now (like about 10emails) and have not received one single response.

Lucky2go won't refund me a cancelled flight

My flight was cancelled due to weather, but I was never refunded. Lucky2go has nobody answering phones "due to covid" and will not follow up on my request to refund me.

Was forwarded to the wrong plane timing…

Was forwarded to the wrong plane timing on the date I needed to fly and need to change the timing.

Even happy to pay a fee for it but noone is reachable.

Tried contacting them to fix a mistake they made on our reservation, but no answer on phone, site or mail.

Received email from Lucky2go about the cancelation of my flight, I tried many many many times to call and send online message for an update on the refund, but never never never had any anyone picked up the phone on their end and no any message/email reply either. ref: 2602799877

I have been waiting for over a week to…

I have been waiting for over a week to update my ticket. This is ridiculous. My reservation number is 9676974686. I need my wife's name updated. I've sent several emails, but no one is responding. There is no tel no to call. Help!!!!!!!!!

Refund for over a year

I have been waiting for a refund for over a year! Trip was canceled due to Covid ! Log on to view the status of my refund and it still says waiting for a refund! I should add that I emailed the company around 10 times, and never got any clear message about refund. Lost money and no communication with the company.

Scum or scam is the same when it comes to this lucky2go,I have 9 months and I still not got refunded for a flight they cancelled suddenly,don't even think to try this company.Ah and I forgot to add...that I think I had wrote more than 20 emails and they said that they tried to reach me but unsuccessful, and in every email I added my phone and everything to contact me.Liars and scammers...I want my money back !!!!Update - a year later...still not got the money from them!

Made a reservation but received an…

Made a reservation but received an email that my reservation has been canceled. But the money is withdrawn from my bank account. Sent email to customer service and got no response. Definitely will report this website and sue them to Visa for refund. Scammer website. Your reservation will never be successful and the price will just deducted from your bank account.

No help if it comes to cancellation

After my flight got cancelled I didn’t get any information what to do next or about the refund. While getting the tickets I paid extra for the ability to get full refund in case of cancelation of the tickets, which afterwards they told my “doesn’t apply”. I should add that I emailed the company around 20-30 times, and never got any clear message about refund or voucher. Lost money and no communication with the company.

Lucky2go is a scam travel agency!

Lucky2go is a scam travel agency! Do not go near this travel agent! I wish someone had warned me off them, which is why I'm warning everyone else now. My airline sent my refund to them months ago but when I contact them all I get are copy-pasted replies saying the refund is still in process, without asking for any of my details. I've sent them over 60 emails with the same result. Don't even be fooled by their "replies" to other comments warning of their scam. Those replies are also copy-pasted! Stay away!
