I ordered a caravan sign on 17th November. Received an email on 26th November to say it had been dispatched on 21st November and cleared UK customs on 24th November. On 15th December I contacted company as I had not received it. I received an email advising there was no issue from their end. I emailed them again on 27th December chasing it and asking for a refund. This time I have not had a reply. Also noticed the adverts have disappeared!

I ordered on November 14, and immediately received an email with a tracking number. The tracking number leads to the USPS tracking app, which has stated every day for six weeks that the Postal Service has not received the package.

I have sent endless emails, and received a variety of stilted answers that generally blame it on the "transfer" and that I should put the US Postal Service on notice. One email claimed that the item was lost, and they promised to send another.

I decided to give up and dispute the charge with VISA. If everyone does this, their business will dry up. Credit cards will refuse to give them service.

Customizeaf website said "order by December 7 to ensure Christmas delivery".

Ordered on Dec 2, keep getting emails saying its been shipped, label tracking (generated Dec 26!) indicates it has not yet been scanned, and they therefore haven't been charged for the label. I asked to be cancelled and refunded, which they suggested was an option in one of their emails. emails and texts now say "Since this order is customized order, it usually takes around 2-3 business days to proceed your order, 7- 10 in production and 7-14 business days to deliver it to your house."

Untrustworthy, misleading and scammy. Do not buy.

Not trustworthy. For the product I wanted, they were telling customers "order by December 7 to ensure Christmas delivery" because "items ship 5 business days after order." I ordered on November 29. On December 14 (11 business days later), I wrote to their support email address and received a bot-like response on December 20th stating that order was "currently in transit" along with a USPS tracking number with a status of "label has been created." Four days later, the USPS status hasn't changed, and the status on Customizeaf.com's own website says the order is "Pending." When I reached out to their support email again, I got the exact same canned bot email response as before assuring me that the product will arrive on schedule. I reached out to their phone number (which only accepts text), and have not received a response. At a minimum, they are dishonest about order status and ship times, and have really terrible customer service. It remains to be seen if I will actually ever receive the product, but certainly not in time for Christmas.

UPDATE: December 31st I finally received the package. The quality was satisfactory. However, in the intervening timeframe, the updates I received about the shipment continued to be bot-like and not very reassuring. And of course it took over 4 weeks to arrive, not the less than 10 business days they promised, and not before Christmas. It turns out this vendor sources a lot of its products from China and uses the same Chinese shipper as AliExpress, which then hands off the shipment to USPS. If this vendor would just be honest about shipping times, actual order status, its shipping process, and allow negative reviews on its own website, they could increase their rating. I won't use them again.

Would have given 5 stars except that it took a l-o-n-g time to receive my item. It took about 6 weeks from ordering to receiving my camp sign. My emails requesting information were answered in a professional manner. I would definitely purchase from them again, my sign is very well made and exactly as advertised.

A RIP OFF!! I ordered an item on Nov. 18. The website said it would take 5 days to ship - so well in time for Christmas. USPS tracking noted that the company never sent the package to USPS. Company won't answer any emails or FACEBOOK messages. No phone number. BUYER BEWARE!!!
