Unlike most reviews here, i actually had a positive experience with this seller. I ordered 2 items on 6th june 2023 and received my delivery about 2 weeks after ordering. Which is the kind of wait time i expected for a customised product. I also expected the items to be of chinese origin, which they were. Both plaques arrived intact and again, were of the quality level i would expect for the price. All in all, i would use this seller again.

Scammers...will not refund if not rec'd...who does that? Said it was returned to them as undeliverable...I asked for a pic of USA postal return ..not happening...but they credit my shipping of $6.99 if I order from them again...DONT TAKE THE CHANCE. IM REQUESTING AN INVESTIGATION FROM STATE AND Federal AGENCY FOR FRAUD...😡

After a shaky start I eventually got my items and am very happy with them. The communication with the company was good but the delivery company was a nightmare. I had absolutely no communication from them re delivery and they delivered to the wrong address. Eventually I was able to get clarification from CustomizeAF Customer Support and was able to track down my package.

Scam Keep Saying My Shipment Didn't Have Right Address And They Can’t Refund/Replace Because Of A Shipment That I Didn’t Receive

I’m disappointed with the quality of the work. It’s a lot smaller then they lead on and the picture of my beautiful Uncle looks like it was glued on. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift for my mom and I now have to apologize for something that should have been a great memory looks like a Kindergartner did it. Shame on this company, do better!!!

Scamming pieces of trash. Sad this great country does business with a$$hole China. No items ever delivered and They stole $81.81 from me. They claim USPS has it. Nope, they dont. Anyone else wish to file class action suit?

What a crock! I did get my item unlike a lot of people here but it was chipped off in the back of it and the picture was distorted and nothing like how clear and beautiful they made them seem. Now I bought this for a friend who lost her 2yo son 5 months ago and was elated to find something worthwhile.....so I thought. I have emailed and did get a bot response of we got your email blah blah blah but I know I'll never hear anything back and wasted money. She may cry just seeing how ugly they made the picture of her son look ugh! Rip off.

These scammer companies are getting better and better. I hope you read this review before you order from them.

I found this cute sign. Checked out the company, customized.com, to avoid getting Chinese crap. Addresses showed in US, Canada, and UK. Ordered the sign for a friend's birthday and provided her address for shipping. The tracking link they gave me showed the item being shipped from China, not their supposed California warehouse. They tried to ship the gift to ME at my friend's address, which obviously got returned. After back and forth in both email and text I chose to have them reship (this is before I went digging). When the 2nd shipment also came from China then went missing, I started to get suspicious. I found that emails/texts are only responded to at night, Pacific coast. I asked for their customer service number, to which they replied, "Sorry we don't have phone customer service at the moment." Seriously?!?!? So I decided to look up the locations on Google maps, and the one in California, is a SELF STORAGE place! And the one in Canada is a different business. Their website looks really good, presents as an American company, but it is all a front.

I waited 4 Weeks for getting the wrong item delivered. After countless automatic generated E-Mails I finally got assured a replacement. That is now 5 weeks ago and I received anything and no one is answering my E-Mails.

Do not order!

My review is similar to many others I’ve read on here. The customer service is terrible and the product itself arrived a month after the holiday I ordered it for. On top of which the product itself was really cheap-looking and I paid extra for it! This company was the last straw for me ordering anything like this online again.

I liked the product I purchased, it was great. My issue is with both how long it took to get to me, as well as the complete lack of customer service I received from the company. I emailed several times, always receiving an auto response but never a real answer to my concerns or questions. They created a shipping tracking number and then told me it was "on it's way" but it took almost two more months before I received it. They made it clear that they didn't care about me as a customer, and I won't shop with them again.

Same as everyone else here. I ordered 11/26. Received a notice of shipment w/ tracking number that is was sent on 12/16. I contacted the company on 12/28 as the package was still not received by the shipping company. over the next 2-3 weeks several emails where they consistently lied about the shipping placing the blame on the shipper and ignoring my request for a refund. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and suddenly I get a response showing that they actually provided the package to the shipper. Bunch of scam artists.

I gave two stars while really thinking it could be a one-star or maybe a three-star review. Here's why I'm torn.

I ordered on November 26, 2022 and just got my order on January 10, 2023. Now, that is within 6.5 weeks of ordering, so it isn't crazy. However, the customer service and communication definitely deserve one-star at most. Like others said here, they really "lied" about shipping status and tried to put the blame on shipping partners and USPS. And it is clear that any response I did get was AI-generated. No real people are reading messages and texts.

When I ordered, it was IMPLIED that I'd receive my order in time for Christmas. But if I'm being honest, I think the small print might have said normal delivery time is 6-8 weeks. So, my gamble on them did not pay off in that sense.

The sign is nice, albeit a bit thinner/flimsier than I had hoped. Still, it is good looking and I think my gift recipients will like it.

They need customer service personnel if they are to stay in business. In addition, I wrote a review among their "glowing reviews" on their own site that was negative (about no communication and poor customer service) and they deleted it or never let it be posted. Dishonesty again.

So, buyer beware. They did provide my order, it looks pretty good, but it took almost seven weeks and I was in frequent communication with a bot about when I could expect my order.

Like others on here....ordered 12-5-22. Got a shipping notification 12-28-22, that didn't work. 1-9-23 USPS still awaiting package.

Zero actual communications. Everything automated.

Dreadful experience. Please...stay away from this shoddy company. I suspect it is actually a scam.

I have requested cancellations, refunds, and even any sort of personal, real-person response.

At the end of the day, the joke is on me as I fell for what I read on CustomizeAF website....from reviews to how they really care about the customer.

I suspect those reviews were made up and their actions clearly indicate they have no integrity and care even less about the customer.

As other reviews this is a scam. Bought t shirt early December and still did not receive it yet. Customer service is useless as they don't respond. Avoid!!!!

Ordered products on November 17, 2023... confirmation of payment and order, Money paid, even received a USPS shipping confirmation... NOTHING!!! Customer service is NOT helpful at all... auto-generated emails, unhelpful responses... I have requested my money back on several occasions, only to be ignored. This company is NOT to be trusted. Will escalate (it is the principle)...

January 10 Update: The company actually shipped the product and refunded my money (less shipping costs). They sent an apology email stating they were giving a refund and shipping the product. A nice gesture and had they been able to communicate better throughout the process, this review would be a lot more favorable.

Terrible company promised Christmas delivery and did not deliver in time and will not refund the money

Like others have posted. Do not fall victim to this scam! Shame on them and FB for allowing them to advertise and go unchecked!

Ordered 2 signs in 12/6 as Christmas presents. Website indicated all orders placed before 12/7/22 would arrive before 12/25/22. It is now 1/3/2023 and I have not received either sign.

The USPS tracking number they provided on 12/21/2022 still shows USPS is awaiting receipt of shipment from the shipper. Numerous emails and text messages to the telephone number provided (253) 364-7879, receive “bot” like responses in the middle of the night instructing me to call USPS and urgent delivery. Any customer knows calling USPS and getting a hold of a real person, let alone urging them to deliver something is highly unlikely. The time stamp on the text messages and emails along with the “bot” like responses indicate this is a foreign company. I have included one of the several responses below:

“We're truly sorry to hear that you haven't received your order.

Your order has been shipped. Maybe due to the transfer system, the shipping status might not be updated in time. Please kindly allow some time to see updates on delivery.

We've contacted the shipping carrier to urge them to follow up on your order and update the shipping status. Don't worry, we'll follow up on this order to make sure it is delivered.

We promise 100% refund if you don't receive your order

Once again, please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience. Tell us if there is anything we can help with.

As you can see, no company name or representatives name sending the message after Sincerely. I requested a new shipment and received a similar message instruction me to wait a little bit longer for delivery. I have waited king enough…

This company is a SCAM! I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company this morning. I also need to now find 2 presents for family that I assured this sign was coming, just late!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a product on 12/5, supposed to be deliver by 12/19, still not here as of 1/2/23. Same as others, provided with a shipping number that never updates, USPS claims they haven’t received a package. Order something similar from Etsy or somewhere else, this place is a 100% scam site.
