I purchased the sign with a customized picture of my dog and it never arrived. They are not answering any of my emails. This place is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them.

There should be a no star rating. I had a white shih Tzu and received a brown dog. Several emails later and they are doing nothing to fix it.

They say it is glass, it is not, it's plastic. If your pet is white, they will make it brown because they say white will show up as clear. The picture in their ad shows a white dog. Obviously it's not a true picture of their work. It didn't look anything like my dog.

I bought a slate memorial plaque and after having it at the cemetery for only three months the words and photo are falling off. I bought it six months ago so not under warranty. Junk!!

I ordered a custom sign for my yard. It looked perfect in the image that was displayed to me. the yard sign I got was all Pixley. I would never have ordered if they had been honest about what they were going to send me.

I ordered a memorial stake for the ground for my dog on May 9th and it is now 5/31 and I have not received it. I’m not ordering anything that I see on Facebook anymore. Everyone seems to be scammers and do poor quality work to make money.

Absolute joke of a company , I purchased a grave slate for my mum and after a few weeks the picture and wording are peeling off . Got fobbed off with they only have a 30 day warrenty that has now passed so nothing they can do , selling products that are not fit for its purpose

I purchased some things and one has never been in the elements and the other has. With in 3 months it stop working. Absolute garbage and a nightmare because it was apart of my daughters memorial. I don’t recommend this company for anything regarding memorials.

Avoid disappointment and shop elsewhere.

We were looking for Decals for our camper and came across customizeaf, they advertise decals for campers/motorhomes and what they display on website appear to be decals.
They advertise to be based in Canada/US and to ship from both and also direct from the UK.
Ordered two decals which arrived well packaged in a postal tube.
Followed instructions to fit and to our surprise these are not decals and you are not left with a decal on your van but a square plastic “STICKER” with your graphic printed on the surface, the ink leaked on application and the Sticker looks cheap and nasty once applied and is clearly visible,
The images advertised show a quality DECAL and not a graphic printed with a square piece of plastic where the finished applied actual product has a clearly visible square plastic film around the graphic,
Now not responding to email and though initially accepting the quality was not acceptable appear to be ignoring request for refund.
If Zero or negative score was possible then I would score at zero.

I have ordered 3 times from this company.
Everything turned out perfect. So pleased.
Takes about 3 weeks from order to receiving but everything is wrapped safely and no issues. Will order again

Ordered a garden slate personalised heart for my Mum and Fathers grave and it last 8 months before the whole photo just flaked off. I emailed them and was told due to an glitch on their systems they were unable to provide me with either a refund or an exchange even tho I sent them proof of purchase. Do not purchase from this company who provide nothing but really poor customer service!

I ordered a personalized slate for my father’s grave in September 10, 2023. Six months and a few days later, on March 16, 2024, I have found that the picture came completely off. I contacted customer service and was advised they cannot resolve my issue because my order was over 6 months ago. We are talking like 6 days over 6 months, and they won’t work with me. So if you purchase a slate for outdoor use, don’t plan on it lasting!

Ordered a slate plaque for my mother's grave they state its weather proof/uv proof BUT ITS NOT. I contacted them to say the picture came off and there response was sorry but 6 months has lapse and they will not take responsibility. DO NOT BUY. It isn't weather/uv proof. Very poorly made and doesn't live up to its stands stated. Update I have sent another email to say there message is unacceptable and you got I have now been block 🚫 😒

Don’t bother ordering from them, takes weeks on end to arrive, noticed I made a mistake on the date for my dogs memorial plaque so reached out to them & get a not so nice e-mail back, not taking into count I’ve lost my dog. Customer service is bad, wouldn’t even give one star if I could… DON’T BUY FROM THEM

Product fell apart less than 6 months after purchase. It was a memorial plaque for my 13 year old daughter who passed away. The response from the company was ridiculous, that their products were only warrantied for 30 days.

Ordered on Nov 29 and haven’t received. Tracking updates ended on Dec 15. Trying to get refund. Beware of this company!!!!

We ordered a family sign and when we received it, it looked good. After a few months the letters started falling off. It just completely fell apart. I reached out to customer service and got a robotic scripted response telling me I should have inspected it when I received it and they only can help within 30 days. They are poor quality, and company does not care about customer service. Beware before you buy!

I am embarrassed to give the ornaments as a gift. They are very cheaply made. The back of the ornament is blank. Definitely not worth the money charged. Do not waste your money!

My dog recently passed away and I got an ad on Facebook to make some memorials with pictures of my dog, so I created 2. After paying I read reviews and they were terrible. I really thought that this was going to be a Facebook scam and I wasn’t gonna get the product that I ordered well I received both of them today and they are so cute. I couldn’t be more happier. I’m definitely ordering more from this company. I don’t know why they have such terrible reviews. I had a really good experience. Took two weeks to receive my item as was expected
