Quick, easy efficient service. Easy to use website, clear instructions funds received when stated. Nothing to say but excellent all round.

Use cog all the time, best rates and fast turnaround time, would recommend

The service was excellent. The delivery did take a bit longer than anticipated (it was due Tuesday but got delivered Wednesday), but let me be clear - this was due to Royal Mail NOT Currency Online. I only mention it in case you need the cash the next day; please note. I contacted the company for reassurance and received an email almost straight away confirming despatch which absolutely put my mind to rest. The service was excellent and I'd use again.

Excellent service - not many companies offer exchange on Indian Rupees so very happy to find Currency Online. Thank you

Excellent Service prompt delivery of money, buy back service excellent rates offered cannot be beaten. Would recommend and use agin.

The best foreign currency Office I've ever used. . Competitive rates and super efficient.

I’ve used them twice for USD to GBP buyback service and always received payment in my account the next working day with email confirmations. Quick and easy service and better rates than I found locally on London.

Having used Currency Online on a number of occasions I have found them to be excellent. The buying and selling of currency with them is at the best rates available. Speed of transactions is beyond compare.

Great service, good rate.
Nice safe environment.

Simple, quick postal service with a good exchange rate. I'm very satisfied with this company.

I was very apprehensive as I needed to sell a large amount of US dollars. I went to Waterloo and it was a little bit confusing finding the place. The whole setup was very cloak and dagger however every step of the way the Currency Online Group were professional and very helpful. The money reached my account next day around 2.30pm. Very happy with the service

Best rates, quick exchange through post.

I have used COG a couple of times to change USD to GBP. Both were large amounts, the placement of the office is a bit concerning yes, but the transfer was seamless and the money was deposited in my account the next morning. They are also one of the only companies to accept the cash in person hence you can avoid the postal method.

I’ve been using this service for multiple times. Great rates, great customer service. I would recommend it. I will use this service again.

Best rates available at the time. Speedy service and easy to use service. Will use again!

Received a very good buy back rate. Simply posted the currency back and the payment was paid about a week later.
Simple!

Used this currency exchange service twice now and the process has been faultless. Currency has arrived within 24 hours, and buy back service prompt and effective. Currency rates seem reasonably competitive. Will use again.

Can’t fault, easy to follow instructions, good rate, quick turnaround and fund received within 5wd would recommend and use again

Cannot fault them, they offer the best rates for currency and buy back if you have any left. Have used them several times, all good.
