A great company to deal with. Have used before and would use again. Efficient and straight forward.
James.

Used company to sell leftover currency. As always competitive rates and prompt payment. Highly recommend

I’ve used them twice now. Easy purchase online and smooth transaction. Very good service.

As a repeat customer, I am very happy to give a 5* rating. Very good rates and efficient service with email updates on progress. I highly recommend.

Very good service as usual with pleasant office environment. Emails to show progress very helpful.

Great as always. Best rates and prompt buy back service for leftover currency.

Easily the best rate on USD cash to GBP. And very quick deposit directly in my bank account. Getting to Waterloo station office was straight forward. Highly recommend

Used COG multiple times now for a number of years and they always provide the best rates and a super efficient service which is secure. I’m never going anywhere else for currency!

Great service and payment in my account within 3 days - very happy with the experience and the highly competitive exchange rate when they bought back my Euros.

Excellent service, only slight gripe is the time to return money to bank account after receipt. Other than that, competitive rates and good communication.

Used Currency Online Group (Buy back Euros) for a second time. Can only highly recommed them. Placed the order, went to their office in Waterloo Station (within 2 hours they are honouring the exchange rate on your order) and I received money into my bank account the next day. Great service, nice people! Looking forward to dealing with you the next time.

I used COG for the first time and the process is efficient and effective, and effortless. I would use their services again for sure if needed.

Best rates in UK,
we saved a lot money with currency online group; I´ve been researching for hours to find them with the best rates; as we are from UK north. We did all the way to London just to sell euro back. Very polite, friendly and helpful on the phone; have used their service two times and its really worth it in compare to other places. thank you very much.

Brilliant from beginning to the end. 😊

Very fast service Money was in my bank in 3 days.
Really recommended

We had to cancel a holiday at the last minute and I had a lot of foreign currency. I tried to exchange it back with the people I got it from and although they made a big thing about buying it back their exchange rate was a disgrace. In four days they were going to charge me £150 for returning the money. I used currency group on line and they were extremely helpful, gave me a much better rate, the process was simple and they kept every promise they made. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I used COG for the first time in late August 2023, buying currency online for a holiday in October 2023.

I can honestly say that the whole process, from start to finish, was excellent. The process was easy to follow, intuitive, and fast (a couple of minutes).

We brought some currency back home, and used COG to change this back to sterling. We got a better rate than any other provider we looked at, and had our UK money back in our account within 3-4 working days of sending the unused currency back to COG.
I will certainly use Currency Online Group again in future, and recommend their service without reservation.

Currency buy back. Really good service they communicated at each step of the way prompt and efficient service.
