Still trying to have original issues resolved in relation to previous review. Zero resolution. Emails go un responded, promised more call backs which don’t happen.
Customer services that commented on my previous review to get in touch - I tried but you failed to contact me. I also had been in contact on other occasions and again… no response.
Today I spoke with Aisling, while nice did not help in any way, she couldn’t find my information and said she put me through to Dublin offices that deal with commercial business to see if they could find my information even though I am a residential customer. Dublin, were unable to do anything as I am a residential customer, called back again and spoke with another female member of staff who said she’d take note of my call and someone would be in touch, obviously no one was in touch. Called again and Eanna, who told me he would call me back the next day over 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t as he said he had it on list of priorities he had not got around to.
So I have wasted 2 full days waiting for a service where no one showed up, lied to and told technicians turned up but I did not answer despite me saying this was impossible and that I had cameras only to find out from the technician he did not come to my house. Still no date for a new appointment and absolutely zero feedback on the refund of €1000 I am due.
The did however ensure to submit a bill for a service that did not happen.
I would avoid this company at all costs. Terrible experience.
Also, customer services when you see this review instead of leaving information on how to contact at you, which I have done please contact me, you have my information.

Customer service for business is completely beyond a joke! Weeks of calls and emails because a delivery was delivered to the wrong location. No resolution and being told lies. Customer Service Reps huffing down the phone. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend to anyone

Customer service for homeowners is absolutely abysmal. I’m chasing a missing delivery from Culligan for over 2 months. Every time I ring to try and get it sorted I’m given the runaround. Simple solution to fix but no emphasis is put on keeping the customer happy. Requested a call from customer service manager and radio silence. They simply don’t care.

Zero star avoid this company if you are a homeowner I’m not sure how they are for business clients but for homeowners is absolutely horrendous

ZERO stars for this one. I contacted them two months ago to get a quotation for a well water treatment installation. Emails up and down, they promised to get back to me very soon to propose a system matching the needs (from the lab analysis). And now, when I was asking again where we are with that, they just say 'We are not proceeding with sending out quotes for well water as of from today. Culligan Water are no longer offering this service.'. Two months lost with this unprofessional company without any service for customers.

This is a review for the now called Culligan - or sometimes it comes through as Celtic water solutions was EWT. - Very confusing and maybe a tactic.
We have been customers for 10years at least.
The resin has exploded twice now - the first time (about 2 years ago) we were unaware and were led by the nose as to what we should be responsible for.
The resin exploded yet again on a bank holiday weekend this february 2026- we immediately bypassed the softner and everything worked fine until it was repaired and turned back onto the system - our plumbing was hugely damaged - The engineer (who i will not fault as he was lovely and tried to help) got the company to ring us - the girl informed me of the plumbing work i should do to correct this. It was not up to us to have to fix this,however, we did what they said and our system is 100% in need of a professional plumber. No water hot or cold. We immediately bypassed the machine again and as per plumbers instructions we managed to get one bathroom and kitchen water working.
We had to get a plumber out - Our pipes had to be flushed out , we have had to buy a new shower as the shower was irreparable. The bathroom and the sink and the toilets - thank goodness through hours of work have been repaired by our plumber.
We have had to pay a very large amount to the plumber on top of the 200euro that Culligan charged us to repair the resin tank - AND THEY STILL HAVENT RANG US BACK AFTER I SAID I WANTED THEM TO RING MY HUSBAND BECAUSE THE GIRL ON THE PHONE SAID IT WAS UP TO US TO PAY FOR THE PLUMBING REPAIRS, IF ANY. And just to add my husband sent an email to which no one to date has responded either - SHOCKING Service - they really do not care about anything. - STAY AWAY _ DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. There has got to be a company out there better than this lot.

I am very unhappy with the service our business has received. Our branded machine broke down months go. As they were so slow to repair this, we asked for a replacement temporarily. The replacement is not fit for purpose and has badly damaged our floor. They do not respond to our emails or answer the phone.

I received a voicemail today. I don't take calls when I am in work. The voicemail stated that I was to ring to rearrange the filter service that was cancelled last week. The service was not cancelled by me. As I stated below, I waited in for 3 hours but no one turned up. I did not get any email, text, phonecall, social media etc communication from you. I am actually annoyed that you think so little of your customers that you think you can just make and break appointments whenever suits you. No explanation, no apology. I am just to ring and to be at your mercy again in the hope that someone will actually turn up. It's not like you are reasonably priced! It was €150 and is now €180

This company could have a name to be proud of but instead should be ashamed of themselves. I was due to have a service today. I rang to confirm and the company rang me also to confirm that a technician would be calling today. No one called. This is the 4th year and the 4th time I have been let down. At least I knew better and did not book the day off work this time! I will be looking for another company even if I have to get a different set up altogether. This is totally unacceptable. Is this why you keep changing the name of your company!

We recently had our water system serviced. The service was expensive but the technician (Klaidas) was exceptionally friendly and efficient.
Klaidas gave me a test kit to test the softness of the water after 5 days. He said that I was to phone the office if there was an issue and they would "sort me out".
There was an issue with the water softness.
FOUR times I called the office.
THREE times I was told that someone would call me back. I had to leave a voicemail message the last time as there was nobody to answer my call.
NOBODY has called me back at any stage and it is over TWO weeks now.
I've given up calling the office.
Rather than getting the filter replaced next time I will likely call a plumber and get the system removed.

We'd left it late to place our usual order and were running very low. Naomi managed to get delivery to us within a few short days, plenty of time. First world problem, but people like to have their bottled water available!

When the technician finally arrived today -Peter- he was great, however I waited two weeks and five days to have someone come out to look at a dripping tap. The cost of a service has increased by 16% to €185 this year so I would expect prompt service, at least 24 hour notice of the approximate time of the service and no cancellations! Are there enough technicians?

Rude customer service.
The entire brand has the most confusing marketing. They don't sell their customer products such as pitchers and replacement filters on their website, despite owning zerowater. Meanwhile, the filters have been out of stock on Amazon for months. On some of their websites, they sell the old jugs and filters still, but for my newer pitcher, you just can't find replacement filters.

Naomi went above & beyond to make sure the cooler problem was resolved & even went out of her way to call me a couple of day's later just to make sure everything was still working properly. Couldn't have asked for better customer service, thank you Naomi for being so lovely & helpful :)

Charged double direct debits and when I rang about it they didn't care tried to fob me off with that the same happened a few customers then the were going to get someone to ring me back ....still waiting on call .I have been a customer for 18 yrs with etw and they were brillant. Going forward I will be cancelling my DD with Culligan.

Rude technician completed a service for €180 that could have been done ourselves. Had an attitude from once he came in the door. Would be reluctant to request a service again in the future and if I had to I would be asking for a different technician!

I’m here to express my frustration with this company’s delivery service, which once again shows a complete lack of commitment to its customers. I placed an order for salt blocks on June 10th, and to this day, I have received absolutely nothing.
On July 14th (Monday), I received a call informing me that my order would be delivered on July 15th (Tuesday). Today is July 21st, and nothing has been delivered.
I sent an email this morning (still no response) and also called. The customer service representative told me I would receive a message with the new delivery date — yet again, a promise not kept.
This month, I even planned ahead to avoid issues like this, but it’s clear that this company is disorganized and that its logistics simply don’t work.
And let me be clear: don’t bother calling me to ask to take down this review, because I will not remove it until the problem is resolved. This is a complete lack of respect for your customers. You offer a product that can only be purchased directly from your company, but you fail to deliver on something as basic as meeting the delivery date.
