Do not fall into the trap of choosing Culligan Ireland; my experience has been a costly disaster marked by broken equipment and non-existent support. The system completely stopped working immediately after its first service, and despite contacting customer service numerous times over the past year, the issue remains entirely unresolved. As a result, I am dealing with heavy limescale buildup throughout my entire house, damaging my fixtures and appliances while the company ignores my pleas for help. Save yourself the frustration and the property damage—look elsewhere for a reliable water softener provider.

CAUTION! Go back to febuary 2026 to see reviews that are about more than just how nice someone was when changing a tap. Frontline staff are very nice and polite, it is when you have to deal with (or lack of) management, when the trouble starts.

I was cancelled on twice, then my kitchen was flooded post service. Then my system broke due to a servicing fault. Then I was expected to pay for them to repair it. My experience matches with the experiences of previous people who actually had to deal with management of this company .

Management style used by them! :
1. They pretended to negotiate while having no intention of fixing their mistakes.
2.Using the "I’ll ask my manager" loop to stall for time until you give up.
3.They refused to take responsibility for property damage caused by their own staff.

This company needs managers that care for customers, not trying to impress with profit margins at the expense of ordinary people.

Avoid!!!
