Culligan celtic ewt and 2 more water softeners are all same ,all useless ,management to blame and customers is to suffer so please make a proper review about this company before you hire them ,god help the rest of the customers who have used they facility They took over 4 companies very fast but they not ready to become such a big company

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Opened a brand new water cooler bottle to see that it was full of algae. Two other unopened bottles has same problem. Best before dates on bottles July 2025. Bottles stored in darkness and away from heat since delivery. Raised concern with Culligans that we had three bottles in date and full of algae and explained how stored. Response from Culligans "We can take these back for you but cannot credit as this is preventable and they wouldn’t have been delivered like this." Bottles that are fully sealed contain floating algae. Health risk. Shocking customer service. Avoid.

Surprised now dealing with these lads. Asked for a service, charged 400€ to change a tap and left and now I have no water from that tap.

Stay away from this crowd,since they took over ewt it's gone terribly bad, waiting for a service for ages,also waiting on my yearly delivery of salt which i never got.sent emails texts no reply, they changed their salt from 20kg bags to 15kg, I signed up for 200kg which is 10 bags, now I only get 150kg plus my direct debit doubled, a complete disgrace, direct debit will shortly be no more, not value for money anymore

Please don't ever deal with this company. There water softener overflowed under our wooden floor which started lifting. I explained this should be the first thing a water softener doesn't do as it's on all day/ night when you're not in or in bed so if this happens you might not see it for a few hours and at that point everything is destroyed.Even though this water softener was serviced regularly and well looked after the company would not stand over their product. Just to add to how bad their product is, we were left waiting 6 weeks for a decision to fix our floors which they decided not to help at all and also were so difficult to get in touch with at all over the phone. The person that can help is a manager but unfortunately for us he was the busiest manager I have ever heard of as he was in meetings nearly every day for 6 weeks every time we called and was useless to be honest in the end. Didn't want to know about problems but happy to sell there faulty products. A month and a half problem that has now destroyed part of our home and no help from the company, I promised that I would try stop them doing it to any other family home so please please please stay away from these cons and go with a different company if you can that actually will help if their product is faulty or you have problems. I dealt with Gavin so if your dealing with him and can actually get him out of a meeting to even speak to you best of luck with it. Worst decision we ever made was to go with these.

Ryan fitted our water softner and RO filter tap today. Ryan was a gentleman and explained everything throughly. Really happy with the installation hopefully it's plain sailing from here.

Atrocious (nonexistent) Customer Service.
Calls, emails, webforms, doesn't matter. Zero response to simple query re faulty Water Softener.

Goodbye Culligan... DD Cancelled.

Let's call a spade a spade. Multiple phone calls unanswered despite messages left. Multiple emails unanswered as well. Water softener is pumping out HARD WATER when tested. No replies from the company. Cancelling the Direct debit and moving elsewhere.... New plumbing was (unknown to me, until tested) using HARD Water from a supposed water SOFTENER.
Absolutely atrocious Customer Service....Beyond useless.

Just upgrade are Office water cooler this month from filter unit to a bottled water unit. The overall process was handle very professional by Andrew and his Team, from the initial enquiry all the way to the unit been delivered to our office in Bray.
Keep up the great customer service.

Over many years we have had very efficient delivery service from the Donegal operative of this company Shane Gillespie. In our lengthy experience of him, Shame has always been professional and business like and his ability to look after his customers is peerless.

I had water leak for 4 month with the EWT and as soon as i called Culligan customer care , Danielle was brilliant and professional although that was not the water system they are dealing with but within only one day she sent Peter to fix it, Peter was amazing and fixed the tap and the connection.
Totally recommend dealing with Culligans

Joe the technician called to service our water cooler and noted the water boiler was due to be serviced so he arranged for it to be done the same day. He was very helpful and did a great job. Danielle in the office was also helpful re the account.

Kayleigh was so helpful, really efficient.' she was extremely polite and courteous, and a service agent rang me straight away like she said .

Absolutely terrible service! Booked a call out for servicing. Technician arrived - he ended up leaving the place with no water supply in utility room where filter was located. Another call out had to happen, this time a different guy who told me previous technician had shut down the valve in the pump house! Great technician! Who then proceeded to leave the place, no cold water tap and no drinking water for next few days until call out with new technician fixing it! Then I checked my invoice from 2023 they have now increased service charges from 200 last year to 300 this year! A 100 euro increase! Pretty disgraceful company all round. Please do not do business with them. Just google their competitors and go with anyone else.

We had our cooler serviced by a lovely helpful engineer who make sure we were happy with the unit. Culligan staff are always helpful and go above an beyond

Culligan Water, Celtic Water are all the same people and the same terrible service. Booked call-out services don't happen, and you'll keep getting calls trying to book you in again and again, even after telling them you no longer want to do business with them. Empty reassurances from customer services management, then they ignore you when it happens again and ignore you when you ask for some kind of compensation. We apologize for the experience you have had. We take our after sales service very seriously and pride ourselves in being customer centric. Please will you contact me on "provided email" in order for me to resolve this for you.

This just lead to a pointless back and forth which achieved nothing more than more wasted time (as is this review, but it's worth it so people know). I have never dealt with a company which has such little disregard for it's customers, and I think the overall rating here accurately reflects what you are dealing with. It is shocking that companies are allowed to operate like this.
If you are an existing customer you can buy your filters cheaper online and fit them yourself. It only takes a few minutes to change them, and if you are a potential new customer, my advice is to keep scrolling.....

This company have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to get a service for my company's drinking water unit since the middle of August to no avail. 3 appointments have been made with Culligan for an service technician to call bit no one has shown up for any of the agreed appointments and no communication as to why. I am paying for a non existing service. Please cancel my contract.
