We recently purchased a bathroom suite from the Preston branch of Clifton bathrooms.
It was tricky making sure we got the right items to fit in the available space but Kellie was brilliant talking us through all the products available and giving us price options for the top end and lower end range of products.
Everything was delivered on time and we’re extremely happy with the bathroom and the service provided.
Highly recommended.

Southport showroom: had a great guy come out to my home to take photos and measure up. He was on time, polite and respectful.

I then met with Rob yesterday to go through options, and he was very welcoming, patient and helpful. He gave me lots of options and listened to what I wanted without pushing his own opinions on me. He thoroughly explained everything and made the whole process feel clear and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend their service and reliable expertise!

Just had Craig serve me such a great gentleman helped me out so much made sure it fitted in right outstanding customer service thanks buddy.

Bath less than a year old, two huge cracks appeared in Nov 24. Eventually initially after months of waiting we were offered a replacement bath only. After discussing with the returning fitter he advised against it due to the disruption to the tiles and bathscreen. So we agreed to a Bath Dr to repair through the fitter @ £270.00. Not covered by Clifton but some of it by the fitter. We have to cover the rest should we go ahead.
Clifton kept referring us back to fitter each time we queried anything! We want clarification from Clifton about still potentially receiving a new bath and making good all damage including new tiles etc as what would have happened in the first instance should we have accepted the removal of the faulty bath we would be left with damage broken tiles and a damaged shower screen.
Ray when you find time please return my husbands calls much appreciated! Tara appreciated your efforts just a shame about the Manager. Just rude!
Bath is cheap and we wish we'd have gone elsewhere now but looks like we are stuck with it.

Waste of space! Clifton bathrooms crown road stoke on Trent. I sent an email on the 9/2/25 asking for advice regarding some ceiling cladding in my bathroom. This email was not responded to so I rang up over a month later. I know it went through because the manager on the phone whom it went to found it whilst on the phone to me. I asked for advice on the phone to her to which she advised that I get advice of a plumber. Well I am a plumber I told her but I’m asking about ceiling cladding. She didn’t really know (which isn’t the problem). I then said to her ‘look, do you want me to pop in and ask the lads at the counter’. By the tone of her voice I think she took offence to this a little bit and replied, ‘no, I’m the manager here and I’m the one who answers all the queries and emails’. Oh really, that’s funny! Why didn’t you bother responding to my email over a month then!? Rather than me having to ring up! When the conversation ended she said bye and put the phone down quickly. It’s indicative of customer service and the workplace in this country. People are too busy and get sidetracked constantly not completing their tasks like they should. And they couldn’t really give a toss about customers and this shows in the general tone expressed in conversations. If you can’t do your job, find another one!

We've had a main bathroom supplied by Minworth branch and were return customers for an ensuite. Lucy in particular at the Minworth branch has been great both times working through choices with us to arrive at the look and feel we were after. WF Bathrooms fitted both the bathroom and ensuite and communicated with Lucy directly to complete both jobs. We've been happy with the quality of the products. Where items needed swapping or returning along the way, this was managed without us driving back and forth.

Avoid Clifton Trade Bathrooms Altrincham – Worst Experience!

I had an awful experience with Clifton Trade Bathrooms Altrincham, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
• Took My Money & Supplied the Wrong Items – They charged me £6,000, but many of the items from the agreed list were not delivered, and some were completely incorrect. When I raised this, they kept ignoring my messages.
• No Refund, No Response – Despite multiple requests, they never refunded me for the missing/wrong items. Instead, they avoided responsibility and stopped responding.
• Deceptive Practices – Initially, they told me that the mirror was free, but later I was charged £200 for it. When I asked for clarification, I was given contradictory excuses.
• Terrible Customer Service – When I pointed out the missing items (shower, basin, trims, arms for the shower, and incorrect thermostats), they completely ignored the issue instead of resolving it.

This was a complete nightmare from start to finish. They take your money, supply incorrect items, and then refuse to refund or fix their mistakes.

If you are thinking about buying from them – DON’T! Look for a more professional and reputable supplier instead. I wish I had read a review like this before trusting them!

Firstly I would like thank Debbie at the Hamstead branch (old Walsall road). Debbie goes above and beyond to sort all my bathroom quotes out from start to finish. I have sent customer in to order Clifton’s bathroom products and they have all said how helpful Debbie is. I won’t be using anywhere else going forward for my bathroom items. Any questions I need answer Debbie is only a phone call away and always manages to sort it out.
I’m more than happy with the products that Clifton bathrooms sell even the trade products are of good quality. Looking forward to working with Debbie and the team for further work and projects.

CS Home Maintenance

We had a terrible experience with this company. We were updating the shower cubicle with some PVC shower panels, but with the intention of matching these to the existing bathroom tiles.

The sample we obtained from Clifton's Leicester depot was a good match.

However, once the panels were installed they were a different colour to the sample they provided. Cliftons were unwilling to help, and only redirected us to the tradesman (who only collected/installed the panels on our behalf). Someone suggested that the sample had been sun bleached over time which apparently these PVC panels are susceptible to.

Clifton's head office offered no help or took no responsibility for the faulty/incorrect sample. They hid behind the fact that our contract to purchase the panels was via the tradesman. However, we obtained the defective sample directly from Cliftons Leicester, which was the route of the issue.

We did nothing wrong in obtaining a sample, employing a tradesman who purchased the panels, but have been left disappointed by the finished appearance of the shower.

EDIT: In response to the company's reply below, we were not contacted by Rob, but I have called him to discuss today. Rob only put this down to a batch difference and states that the sample could have been up to 2 years old and wouldn't necessarily match the actual panel. However, the difference in colour between the sample and actual panel were more than just a batch difference. If the sample was lying around for up to 2 years it again points to sun bleaching. BEWARE!

Recently purchased a bathroom from Clifton’s, they are an amazing team especially Kelly. The whole team went above and beyond while purchasing my bathroom. This meant the delivery/fitting all went smoothly and amazingly well. Really they deserve 10 stars not 5, I had no problems what so ever. Would highly recommend them.

I recently visited the new Ashton Under Lyne depot where I met the manager Nathan and the rest of the team including Anthony who was also really helpful.
Nathan was excellent, his knowledge of products was second to none and he really did go the extra mile in assisting me to choose the most appropriate products for look I was trying to achieve at the best value for money whilst maintaining quality. I found the whole experience really relaxing with a friendly and caring vibe. I would definitely recommend Nathan and the team to friends and family.

We have returned to Cliftons on Sealand Road Chester to purchase new bathroom furniture for our city apartment...and it looks superb in situ. The team there are all superb in the way they interact with customers and between each other. They are all extremely knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. Great service would highly recommend

Clifton Trade Bathrooms Birkenhead made the whole experience of ordering bathroom furniture, tiles and all the related paraphernalia much easier and significantly less stressful than I was expecting. Although our plumber had recommended them, I was initially sceptical.
I had one particularly tricky element that would make or break the whole bathroom refurbishment, and I was delighted when Carla W was able to quickly identify not just one solution but several options based on her wealth of experience. She patiently guided us expertly and professionally though all the choices, never pressuring and always checking that we were comfortable with our choices, often encouraging us to reflect. She reassured us of the lengthy warranties on their own products, and that unused items or incorrect items could be returned.
I know she went above and beyond as we were in the showroom long after closing time. Thank you Carla for your excellent service.

I got all my bathroom supplies from them in 2021 and my only disappointment with them was the plumber they suggested I was not happy with his work. However last week my shower door that I had purchased from them in may 2021 the bottom hinge broke and the heavy shower door came away. I looked at my guarantee and it was a 15 year guarantee so I phoned the mowbray AVE branch where I purchased bought it from and without a quibble they replaced the door I just had to pay £70 for the plumber to fit it. Thankfully the recommendation was another plumber who was superb I could not fault in anyway. So thank you Clifton bathrooms for sticking to your guarantee without any quibbles,

Visited Ashton under Lyne. Fabulous service from Nathan, Anthony and Lewis. They were all really friendly and helpful. Felt no pressure to purchase but did buy a shower cubicle. Had looked at a few places but the quality and price at CTB beat them all. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

I had a problem with a popup waste on a sink bought from CTB last year. James from the Cheadle branch called round and sorted it asap. Excellent ustomer service !!

Recently bought 30sq metres of glazed ceramic tiles ,adhesive and grout from the Willerby store, East Yorkshire.
I experienced brilliant service, friendly helpful staff who advised, explained and answered all my questions.
They stored my order and delivered when I needed. The chap who delivered ( Chris) was so helpful, I'd had a recent hernia so he lumped 28 boxes in and placed where I needed them. Its a first class,
professional service who I'd highly recommend.

We visited Clifton Trade Bathrooms Blackpool on Saturday morning (25/01/25) to refresh our downstairs toilet and our en-suite. We were met by Joe who listened to our list of requirements and very quickly managed to show us a range of items which met our needs, he then gave us a quote that we took away to think about. I returned to the showroom a further three times each time to change the quote. On each occasion I was met by a smile and an assurance that it was no problem. All the items I ordered were delivered within 2 days.I cannot recommend Joe and indeed all the staff I came into contact with highly enough.
