Lisa and staff deserve every recognition for the service provided at Clifton Bathrooms Nottingham. They stayed open to accommodate our order on a busy bank holiday wknd. Everything was stocked, price matched or cheaper. Lisa’s knowledge & advice was invaluable. Many thanks Lisa for coming to our rescue to meet our very tight deadline. Customer service at its very best. Highly recommended

I always have a fantastic experience at Liverpool Erskine. The showroom is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to browse a wide range of bathroom styles and products.

What truly makes each visit exceptional is the service from Phil and Liam. Both are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. They take the time to understand what we're looking for, offer great advice, and never make us feel rushed or pressured. Their professionalism and friendly approach make the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

If you're planning a bathroom renovation or just looking for inspiration, I highly recommend stopping by. The team—especially Phil and Liam—go above and beyond to help.

Fantastic service as always

Absolutely made up with my new bathroom, which I was able to bring to life thanks to Phil the manager at the Erskine branch. The staff were brilliant, couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. Phil went above and beyond for me. I will 100% be back for my downstairs toilet.

I have been looking for some bathrooms for a block of 3 apartments that I am completing a refurb on. I got recommended to try cliftons in erskine. They had everything I needed at a decent price.. phil took the order and the next everything was delivered to site ready to fit. Thanks Phil and team see you again soon

I am constantly texted by this company,I've rang the Warrington branch. I've emailed the Warrington branch, I've emailed the head office to remove my number but if anything it's gotten worse
I'm not a bathroom fitter so your wasting my time.

Really can’t stress this enough, avoid the Liverpool erskine branch if you want your sanity! Im at my wits end going back and forth because they can’t order the right products or measure a bathroom correctly. This ordeal has gone on since February and I’m still no closer to a finished bathroom. The staff will send you anything in the hope it’ll fits. Also can’t measure correctly resulting in all the items being changed over the period of 3 months. Complaint logged over 2 weeks ago and still no call from anyone higher up. Your quoted cost will not be that final amount, account for paying out hundreds more out because of their mistakes. Can’t fault the aintree branch wish is have gone there in the beginning. I’d be here all day if I listed the catalogue of events and the amount of replacements I’ve had! Also get a second measurement to prevent being sold 6 boxes of tiles and needing 26!

When is someone going to respond to me!!!! Been waiting weeks and still no one has bothered to address the valid points I’ve made

- my bathroom was finally completed last week after waiting around 1 month for a toilet flush. Can’t fault Graham who come to my home to make sure it was the right colour after being given one that did not match the colour of my bathroom
-complaint still hasn’t been resolved. I am told the complaints team will contact me. Hopefully this nightmare will be over soon after 6 months of hell.

I have to say that the service from the Chester store was excellent and particularly Mathew. From obtaining a quote to delivering the goods was faultless. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the products well. We had 1 bath/shower panel left after installation which was accepted back and refunded. Our bathroom is now fitted...we have a bit of painting to do plus install a new light, but the suite, flooring and panelling look great. I felt we got value for money plus the excellent service so could not be happier.

Visited willerby served by aimee, nothing too much trouble, really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Got loads of samples to show me and combine with other products, floor, wall, wet wall, toilets, sinks taps. Excellent service

Aaron was great at helping us find the right bathroom from coming out and measuring to tailoring the products to match our budget

Superb customer service in the Chester branch.
Matt, our account manager, goes above and beyond to ensure our customers are looked after with inspirational ideas.
All the team are to be commended for great service and product knowledge.
Incidentally they won’t be beaten on price!

Caitlin was really helpful advising us on our bathroom refurbishment.
She took a lot of time and effort explaining the options on everything from the floor to the shower and basin,taps etc. Very pleasant and gave us a good deal.
She recommended Jakey, a very friendly helpful local plumber and tiler who completed an excellent installation with his assistant Jack.
Caitlin collated everything we needed and had it delivered on time.
Job was completed to an excellent standard including lots of helpful extras within three days.
We can't thank you all enough and would recommend you all to anyone.

Visited Macclesfield showroom yesterday. Excellent customer service provided by 2 lovely ladies. They identified 2 options having interpreted requirements from my hubby's ramblings!! Fitted perfectly and would thoroughly recommend for any bathroom needs. We will return

We recently purchased our new bathroom from the Nottingham Netherfield branch. Right from the planning stage which was expertly executed by Lisa who is the most informative, knowledgeable expert in this field, through to design was a breeze. On arrival at the Netherfield branch we were given a hot drink & a chair had been put out for me as I have mobility issues. Lisa had done a mini mock up of everything we had chosen to give us some idea. There is nothing Lisa doesn’t know about bathrooms. Lisa & her staff Leanne & Linda were amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff. I would highly recommend this company the staff are second to none, the products are fabulous quality & the service you receive in my opinion cannot be beaten. I cannot wait for it all to be fitted now. Thank you to everyone involved in making this such a pleasurable experience. Tracy

I am a returning customer with Clifton Bathrooms. You cannot beat their customer focused approach and flexibility. They offer a great after care and nothing is too much. You really feel like they give every customer the time needed to get things right and never come away feeling like you been rushed through the process. You get 1:1 care and you're not left alone whilst they deal with other customers. We recommend Clifton 100%.

Thought choosing 2 bathrooms would be incredibly hard. The man that advised me there was so helpful. Pointed out things I never thought of and gave me food for thought on how to renovate. Still to choose everything but now have a better idea. Superb service and attention to detail. Just need to work out my full budget now!
