I recently had an issue with a wrong delivery from Clifton Bathrooms, but I’m so grateful for the incredible help I received from Matt. He went above and beyond to sort everything out quickly and professionally.

Not only did he arrange the correct items for us, but he also secured compensation for the inconvenience and loss we experienced. Throughout the whole process, he was friendly, understanding, and stayed in touch until everything was fully resolved.

Thanks to Matt’s dedication, the experience turned out smooth and stress-free. I always recommend Clifton Bathrooms to my friends and family—they truly care about their customers.

1 star is too much. Those who drive vans for this company are ignorant and rude and slow down traffic for no reason! Caused a lorry to stop because of the drivers pathetic ego! Don't use them if their standards are this selfish!

Brand new bathroom has a faulty bath had every excuse u der the sun to avoid a resonable resolution. Solicitors are now involved they ripped off a 65year old lady i am now spending my own money and time to fit a better product from elsewhere rebuild a frame and retile it all. A claim is going in. I am a long standing professional tradesman ive used this company one time and will never use again. Managers are full of BS and lies. Do not buy from these if there is a problem you are screwed.

Liverpool Team especially Val went over and beyond that the material are delivered when I was not at the property and contractor’s were unreachable. Val made an excellent 3D design on a paper and assisted me to select the materials remotely. I have never experienced such an exceptional customer experience. And not that my invoice was a huge amount. Thank you very much for your service.

I bought my bathroom suite from Clifton’s based on my plumbers recommendation. I’m assuming the recommendation was of a financial benefit to my plumber because it certainly hasn’t been to me!
We bought one of the most expensive ranges and thought (wrongly) that the high price would give us a high end product. Within months, the colour was coming off the taps and sink plug and then after roughly one year, the shower broke.
Initially, someone came out after a few months and replaced the tap and offered to replace the plug waste unit. The second time around, after a year or so of toing and froing , someone came out to look at the shower. They said they had fixed it, but nothing changed.
We are now around 18 months into more toing and froing. Endless calls to the office, endless e-mails. Promises made backed up with nothing!
They finally (last week) send out two replacement parts. Both were the wrong size and the wrong fitting.
We are completely exasperated.
Such poor products and such poor service.
If your plumber recommends Clifton’s, I suggest you ignore them and use someone local that you can access and who is willing to help.

We had a fabulous experience with Clifton Trade Bathrooms in Shirley today. We had been looking for a specific magnetic shower seal with no success. The staff at the store were extremely helpful and very pleasant. They took their time to understand exactly what we needed and produced the seal we wanted within seconds. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Clifton Trade Bathrooms are all well and good to sell you products for £££££ yet should any of them products ever become defective and STILL within the warranty period and you need to claim on the so called warranty.......DON'T BOTHER.......they give you every excuse under the sun to avoid having to uphold any warranty claim, even went as far to advise me that MY bathroom doesn't have adequate ventilation !!! Given its got an inline fan and a vented window and the fact they have NEVER even been into the property that BS comment alone shows the stance this company will take. They then just ghost you when you wish to escalate the matter further.... the Oldham branch in this instance have been shocking. Don't use this shambles of a company if you want products that last. An definitely stay clear if you want and expect decent after sales service.........their garbage and that's being generous.

Great experience today purchasing a bathroom and tiles, we were served by the lovely Nicole Purden, she was very knowledgeable and super friendly and patient

Awful customer service. Called me for months trying to get me to send customers in for gear. (Same way as howdens do)
Finally sent a customer in for a couple of vanity units to fit in an alcove. Supplied two units which cannot be fitted side by side so not remotely suitable for what the customer went in asking for. Won't accept returns as they have said units were not a stock item.
Said his sales assistant couldn't have known they would not be able to be installed side by side. If clifton doesn't know their own product, how is a customer supposed to? Only small relief is that it was only a couple of units and not a large bathroom order. It's my reputation that takes a beating when I'm sending my customers to your depot.
Won't make the mistake of sending another customer in again.

Just started using Clifton Sunderland branch after speaking to Jordan and Lisa. Communication is great and service has been excellent. The measuring service is really helpful giving me time to concentrate on other stuff a few of my customers have already commented on how reliable and knowledgeable they are and . Can see this turning into something great

Clifton Bathrooms Handforth Cheadle did a great job handling my order. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was excellent and I will use them again in the near future.

We used Clifton Altrincham to buy all our bathroom supplies. Everything was excellent. All items boxed and great quality. We bought wall panelling instead of tiles and we were advised on every aspect of our requirements. The team were excellent. Our items were delivered exactly to time required. The service was second to non. We have used them before but this was a big job and everything came from Cliftons Fred and Vanessa Mensah

From the start my experience with the Clifton team in Birmingham on hamstead road has been exceptional. Ellie delivered a first class service, measuring my bathroom and then giving me advice on what she felt would work best and what was more cost effective aligned with my budget.

The items arrived on time and safely. The items for the bathroom were of great quality. During the renovation process at times a few items had to be swapped, the team were very accommodating offering to deliver the item that same day or the following day. They pride themselves on good quality customer service and it definitely made my bathroom Reno Experience a lot less stressful. Shout out to the manager Dino as well! Thanks.

We at Bespoke Unicorn Group Ltd I can honestly say that Amy @ Clifton Trade Bathrooms Nottingham branch is not only helpful but very knowledgeable about the products available. She has always gone above and beyond for us and should we ave any issues she resolves them quickly and effectively

Quality average nothing special certainly not what your paying for every time I call up except the odd occasion staff are off sick still waiting for refund from 02/06/25 well over the 5 working days they said it would be

Shocking, reddish branch , the manageress sarah has absolutely no clue, apart from scrolling on tik tok all day , unprofessional set up aafter contacting my client directly had the nerve to say she wasn't told not to !!!
No common sense whatsoever for the job!!! I install 1 bathroom a month and use the friendly helpful Manchester branch , don't ever buy from reddish the staff are useless and could not care less about their clients or job .
I contacted the area manager - Darren & all he could say is " in fairness to sarah she's not been trained "
Why in God's earth would you put an incompetent person in charge of a branch without the adequate training??? I ask the question,, where do these people get the idea they can manage branch or even be a regional manager , neither of them should have the job role .
Lost my job consequently because of this mess up , and that's my livelihood, avoid the team , any manageress that calls themselves " trunchball" from matiilda is best worth avoiding.

Phil and all the staff at the Erskine Liverpool branch couldn’t do any more to help. They came out and measured my bathroom and organised delivery of all the bathroom suite and tiles etc. couldn’t be happier with their customer service. Thanks again
