Disgusting hiring company, they discriminate against people with unspent convictions without even taking the time to ask what they are for would never use this company now for anything after seeing how they treat people

This was my first visit i actually went in with my husband to look for a sink with a unit, i was pleasantly suprised by a lovely young man asking if i wanted a drink, The manager was so helpful showing us measurements nothing was too much trouble, jade was the young lady that also helped us with things i had no idea about, we found a beautiful unit which we have'nt fitted yet, delivery was free & within a day, anyone needing anything for your bathroom please give them a try you won't be disapointed, this team are excellent, i have had aftercare from jade to check if we need any help.Thank You to all the team at Clifton's

I cannot thank the team at Clifton Bathrooms in Manchester enough for their amazing service! After a terrible experience with another company, I visited their store in desperate need of a toilet, and they went above and beyond to help me.

The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assist us in choosing the perfect toilet and even provided it immediately, ensuring we could resolve our situation without further delays.

What stood out the most was their genuine care for customers. Unlike so many other companies that treat people like just another number, Clifton Bathrooms showed that they truly value their customers and are committed to providing exceptional service.

Matt and the team at Clifton’s, Chester branch were very knowledgable and so friendly with extremely good ideas and suggestions We cannot praise them enough for our new bathroom suite and I would recommended them to everyone

We ordered our en-suite from Clifton in Derby and we were looked after by Kay so well! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she gave us recommendations about the products we were considering. Over 2 or 3 visits she was always there to help and despite me being very undecided and changing my mind she was very patient with me!

While the Chester shop staff are always so helpful the accounts and top management seem to be treating the business a a side hobby. Over the years have had numerous problems in getting accounts on time, they do not deduct payments from outstanding balances, give different figures as to amounts owed. When amounts are paid they do not show up on statement for 30 to 60 days plus. The admin staff are so lax. This problem has gone on with the accounts side for years. I will not buy on the account any longer. If I get big jobs will have to look else where for 30-60 day finance

The service from Clifton is unrivalled. They are super friendly and helpful and have really made things so much easier for me on my latest project. Thanks Rob and all the gang😊

First of all a friendly efficent service each time I have been. The quality of products are good and have always been in stock. There is a good range of products availble to suit most situations. I couldn't ask for more. Well.done keep it up.

I was adviced by friends and family to go to Clifton trade bathrooms after visiting other trades to purchase my bathroom. As soon as I entered staff there were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Their prices were very comparable and they had a variety of choices that were of great quality.
When I had a problem with finding anything they were always ready to help.
I have told everyone I know about my great experience at Clifton’s and I would definitely use them again.

The quality of products from Clifton Trade Bathrooms has been extremely poor. We have had so many faults with their products, it’s beyond belief.

Not only have Clifton Trade Bathrooms supplied us with numerous faulty / damaged items, one of them has resulted in a leak. In turn, this leak has caused a lot of damage to our downstairs ceiling.

Having spent over £5000 on these products, we have had:
1) A faulty free-standing tap, which is passing water, thus causing a leak and damage to our downstairs ceiling.
2) A crack to our bath. To quote the rep. from Clifton Trade Bathrooms, “You can tell because of how the crack is that it’s not damage, it’s a fault.’
3) A fault with the vanity unit, with a large split in the woodwork where it has been fixed together poorly.
4) Chipped luxury vinyl flooring; in the end we had to pay for this to be replaced so the fitter could complete the job/we didn't incur their extra charges.
5) An incorrect item provided (a flush button, which isn’t for the toilet we have) and yet to receive a replacement.

I’d like to know why many of these supposedly ‘exceptional design and style’ items have been of such poor quality and how the ‘Clifton Guarantee’ seems to be completely false/a baseless offer.

Added to the above, trying to (unsuccessful) rectify these many, many issues has taken up much time and caused much stress.

Bought a bathroom in February 24, toilet seat broke in Nov 24 and the store replaced it same day.
Fantastic team and really helpful from buying the bathroom to helping with the new toilet seat.

It is great to have that personal touch and nothing was too much trouble the staff. They visited my home personally to measure my bathroom so I could choose the bath and fittings I wanted with confidence. Absolutely great face to face service - so much better than those companies who you cannot even speak to!

She guided us through the many choices to create the look & features we were after & made helpful suggestions.
We didnt feel under any pressure and she always made sure we knew the price ranges/quality we were selecting.

She's already sent different quotes through to our fitters this morning & messaged to update what she's done.

They placed an order for us and let us know just as soon as the item was delivered. Very professional and very helpful.

Clifton's in Chester supply an excellent range of quality products at very competitive prices. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I enjoyed particularly good service from Matt, who greeted me warmly on each of my successive visits over a couple of weeks, as I was trying to make my mind up about fixtures and fittings. He was very knowledgeable and endlessly patient, willing to open boxes to show me items not on display and quickly picked up on my taste.
It was a pleasure to make his acquaintance.
