Initially my payment could not be accepted on line as it was through some system that I am not familiar with and am not a member of so I telephoned and spoke with Shaun (sp?).
Shaun was everything a customer service representative should be. Polite, knowledgeable, patient, intelligible and he sorted out my insurance.

Very helpful, polite and friendly. Delighted with the price. Can't fault my experience so far. However, any insurance can only be really judged once you need to claim, which I have not experienced.
