Recommended to us by a friend. Best holiday we have ever had (Thailand)! Arranged to perfection from the start. Managed to create a package with hotel changes, transfers, speed boats, minibuses - the lot! Stayed in 4 different locations so not your bog standard 1 destination kind of holiday! They knew exactly how many days would suit each place and chose us some spectacular hotels. We’ve always used some of the large shop company’s before- these have always been a lot more money and we have always had problems (and rubbish hotels) which were never resolved! We are already trying to find time to re book to return and do the other parts we couldn’t fit in! Unforgettable memories that were made so easily with no stress!

I met with Paul Greaves on a Wednesday morning. I explained to Paul what I was looking for. The following day he came up with a cottage and location which was exactly what I wanted. A dog friendly cottage, with an enclosed garden, near the sea and a pub within one mile which was comfortable. I booked it immediately. The cost was well under the budget I gave to Paul. I am extremely happy and really looking forward to my holiday. I definitely will be talking with Paul again as I fancy another break later in the year.

He arranged an amazing long haul holiday for us initially and when FCDO advice meant we couldn’t travel, he was full of reassurance and arranged a fantastic holiday in Marrakech instead. Zamandzi planned, organised and booked a 35 day tour of Australia including stopovers in Singapore for me. This include all flights and land transport, acumination and several excursions in different locations on my travels. Everything went smoothly and all I had to do was follow the itinerary and turn up on time. I was very impressed with how the consultant transformed my sketchy outline into a fabulous, unforgettable holiday. I'll certainly be using them again and will be recommending them to friends.

I reached out to Elaine Grell at Not Just Travel when seeking to plan my trip to Shanghai at the end of March 2026. Elaine was patient and thorough in ascertaining exactly what I was looking for in a holiday. Her attention to detail supported me to ensure that I considered my additional needs e.g. the ETA for transiting via Canada as well as a comfortable accommodation for my overnight transfers in Toronto. Not only did she secure comfort, but also considered the proximity to the airport and the provision of transfers to the airport, or alternatively the choice of a taxi, depending on my convenience to ensure that I could have the most amount of rest on my 34 hour journey outbound and 33+ hours on the inbound. The travel was definitely not for the faint hearted, but I am happy to say Elaine, that you added comfort to what was an epic journey to spend quality time with my friend. Mission accomplished. I asked Marietta , / travel better with Marietta some advice recently about travelling to a #Banksy show at the UN building in New York and her advice was invaluable and I knew , if I had any problems she would sort tem out , indeed a friend had a flight cancelled between leaving the hotel & arriving at the airport and it had been sorted by the time he got to the airport. WHAT A STAR

Donna Rhydderch planned an amazing holiday to Lanzarote for me, my daughter and sister. Yvonne Barker is our travel agent and we have just been on a trip of a lifetime to Australia and SIngapore. Yvonne organised a wonderful itinerary and was with us every step of the way. The cost of the trip was very reasonable and our flights were all superb and at good times. Yvonne suggested places to go and we loved them. I can't recommend Yvonne enough for our travel needs.

Simon Thompson organised a fantastic trip to Agadir for me from flights, amazing hotel the Dunes D'Or and meet and greet parking which made the whole experience stress free and checking I had checked in online for my flights. Great personal service all the way through! So much to do in Morocco that I would definitely go back and to the same hotel which was superb.

Jo and Jo were excellent throughout the whole process, going above and beyond to make sure they were giving us a range of options and honing them to meet our needs. Their support pre-departure was excellent and they were very responsive to all my many questions and requests!
