Delighted with the Glasgow Shop
This morning I visited the Glasgow Store and spoke to Ali regarding a problem I was having with my Samsung tablet. I have to say Ali was extremely helpful and very patient. He was able to fix my problems for which I was very grateful and as such would not hesitate to recommend this shop to friends and relatives.

Cannot fault the service received at…
Cannot fault the service received at pocket geek in Glasgow, put in my insurance claim, received a call instantly to invite me to store.
I arrived in store and was greeted by Ali.
Left my phone there for 45 minutes, when I returned back my phone was like brand new.

During University Market day Pocket…
During University Market day Pocket Geek Bournemouth fixed my iPhone 12 screen in under 30 minutes. With the student discount they offering it was an absolute bargain. The service was super fast, professional, and hassle-free. My phone looks brand new again. Honestly recommending them for any phone repair.

Spectacular service
Spectacular service, broken samsung note 8 back glass, walked into the store and it was fixed for me while I went shopping.
Very professional service and super bright and clean store.

Replaced Camera Protector & Screen for iPhone 13
I went in to get my camera protector & case replaced for my iPhone 13, Ali who was in the store did a brilliant job, replaced everything for me & even made sure everything was clean & tidy before putting my case & protector on. If you need to get something replaced I would recommend asking for Ali.
