Pablo is what every frazzled, ignorant computer victim needs. He never makes you feel stupid. His running commentary on what he's doing and why builds your confidence. My recent experience of Applecore was the help I needed to meet my publisher's alarmingly complicated requirements for submitting my text and illustrations- all sorted out in no time.

If I could give Pablo 10 stars out of 5 I would. He’s done various fixes on our family’s Apple devices for a few years, always efficiently, with genuine care and honesty about repair or replace options. I trust him implicitly.

Most recently he dug our daughter’s bf out of a deep hole when his Mac died abruptly in the middle of essential client work. Pablo did what the Apple Store said couldn’t be done and retrieved all the data off his dead Mac, so he was back up and running the following morning.

For him to do the work at such short order and so thoroughly is brilliant. We live in a time when truly helpful support is scarce, so Pablo’s approach shines bright!

I will continue to be (one of) his (many) biggest fans and recommend him to all.

I had a strange problem re-charging my iPad Air and contacted Pablo expecting him to ask for the tablet to be sent to him for diagnostics. Instead, he asked several questions and kindly shared ideas about fixing the problem myself. It worked! What a generous professional. Thank you so much.

Incredibly helpful and fast to boot! I'd bought an old 2nd hand macbook for my sons homework and messed up trying to update system software that stopped it working! Queue cold sweats... Thankfully Pablo was able to get my son up and running again in no time and saved the day for us both. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Amazing service from AppleCore Services. Pablo managed to bring to life our daughter's locked iPod so we have been able to retrieve the photos and videos she had on there. He has the most fantastic knowledge and is passionate about his work. Would highly recommend!

Pablo is absolutely great. He responded very promptly to my initial online request for help. I took 3 aged laptops for repair bracing myself for the usual polite condescension and exasperation from a macexpert. Not Pablo! An excellent and incredibly efficient service. Pablo went above and beyond to help me at an incredibly reasonable price.
