Came into st enoch store in Glasgow with a broken phone screen and all of the back of the phone was smashed, the man servicing us (Ali) was absolutely brilliant and very nice with great service and a great price

I came yesterday for battery…
I came yesterday for battery replacement for my S23 ultra. I went o this store and Ali was kind enough to assist me. I badly needed the battery because i need to fly back soon. He ordered the battery for my phone, and had it replaced the following day. Such a life saver. Fast service also.

I was greeted by Kopinath who was extremely friendly and helpful. I had originally turned up to have what I thought a cracked screen on my flip phone. After a good look at it Kopinath said it could be the screen saver film which he removed with a special machine to which my surprise the screen looked brand new again. And instead of paying £100 excess on my insurance it just cost £25 for new screen cover. Bonus. Excellent service and won't hesitate to take any other tech to be fixed. Thank you

Super happy with their service. My screen was completely smashed and after just about 2 hours I got a brand new looking phone back without losing any data!!! I was sceptical first but I have everything on my phone as before. Great service thanks to John, Nick and Afsal !!!

Kopinath who runs Pocket Gerk tech repair tunstall is amazing. he's fixed my phone twice now in the space of six months. each time it's been less than 24 hours from the claim to being fully repaired. he repaired my phone fully in about half an hour.
