Bad customer service
On 26th AUGUST I ordered loads of sample sized bottles to see if I liked them (which I did mostly) plus 1 x 100ml oil that I knew I liked. When they came the 100ml bottle was missing, contacted the company by email to let them know and was told they'd send it out straight away. I placed another order 1 week later and thought they might put my missing bottle in with this order but nope, 2 weeks later I contacted them to ask if the missing bottle had been sent because I hadnt received it, to be told (again) it would be with me soon. Have emailed them again about it (21 days its been now) and had no answer. Don't think i'll be ordering again somehow if they cannot rectify their own mistakes, which is a shame as I liked the oils I did receive.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. Ordered samples to put a woodland collection together. Some really lovely fragrances, some had more than 10g in which helps a lot when doing samples as some companies sample oils are actually short of 10g which is not helpful when making samples up. Very pleased with everything I received and can recommend this company.
