Like most people I had no understanding of Sleep Apnea, and was having miserable sleep and lacked energy throughout the day. My days started at the local pool at 5.30am, and my energy levels become very low and swimming speed got slower and slower. The 4 week machine trial with guidance from Carolyn who was very patient with me answering all my questions was what I needed. In no time, I was having great sleep and regained energy and speed in the pool again
