We print our online orders at 9am each morning for dispatch, and it’s likely that your order had already been printed and packed before we were informed of the size change. That certainly doesn’t make it any less disappointing for you, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a size you can’t use.

Easy ordering and setup and fast delivery
The original cpap machine I choose was out of stock but was given a call and given the option to get one that was very similar to the one I had chosen and have it delivered within a few days or wait until the original was in stock. Very fast delivery and came all set up with my settings- I just plugged in and set up the app on my phone and was able to use it from night one.
Being able to order online enabled me to not have to do 5 hour round trip to my sleep specialist to get a new machine after my old machine stopped working.

As outlined on our Returns & Shipping page in red, due to the nature of certain products, items such as the SleepPro Contour, Bongo Therapy, Nightshift devices, Mutes, Snugz, RemZzzs, and CPAP pillows can only be refunded if the packaging is completely intact.
