SERVICE USER BEWARE: if there is a problem like industrial action affecting services directly or indirectly, you will not be advised at the time of booking, and you will receive very little customer service on your behalf. You will be left in a state of stress and distress where you can't sleep for a month and they will say there is no problem, and in the end, fob you off with the old chestnut customs excuse which is clearly an insult. Please do your research, and check very carefully before you use a service that there are no problems because Courierpoint will not help you if there are and they certainly don't think they have any responsibility. We are not customers, we are just numbers.

Poor service
I recently booked a courier delivery through courierpoint to india from London. While purchasing they shown 2 days transit time. After booking and dropping of the courier, dhl website says 5 days for delivery. When I spoke to courierpoint they say it’s estimated time not actual time. Showing 2 days transit time and taking 5 days for delivery doesn’t make any sense at all

Avoid if you want decent pallet rates
Wanted quote as we were looking to expand our courier alternatives. Phone put down on me after quoting' why are you looking for another courier then', after advising them we currently get better rates.
Run Away and use a reputable courier with decent customer services.

Sadly not as good as previously
Courierpoint have supplied an excellent service for many years. However, Fedex are falling very short of their usual service. I send parcels to my son in America about 5 or 6 times per year. The last two occasions have been less than perfect. My parcel is always collected by 11.00am at the latest & is delivered in the US the following morning by 10.30. The last two occasions my parcel has been collected between 2.00pm & 3.00pm & despite reassurances from Fedex the parcel has NOT arrived on time. When a parcel is collected on Thursday this means that delivery is not until the following Monday & NOT the next day. As the price of this service is continuously rising, this is not acceptable.

MISLEADING Information on website , leaving out important information, not keeping customer part of the solutions if there is any issues
DO NOT USE them - there is no collaborative work between the courierpoint and the shipper ( DHL in this case ).
Moving countries can be an stressful experience. The delays in communication and the poor customer service have been a huge amount of unnecessary stress. If I chose them was based on the level of services published in their website.
On their website includes as forbidden item loose lithium batteries . However , when you send a lithium battery included in equipment, which DHL accepts under approval on a business account , courierpoint doesn’t want to take any responsibility. They advertisement of their level of services is misleading and leave out important information.
They haven’t been informant that during Xmas they will have no phone service on the days they are supposed to be opened ( hang out the phone ) etc. They made me feel like they are making me a favour to provide solutions/information about issues with my shipment hence, customer service during Xmas period as published on their website and different level of services provided that differs from the information published on their website.
Their website provides a poor customs shipment form and then they are trying to use that I didn’t include specific customs information for used personal items as an excuse for not taking any responsibility of their non-existent customer service over the XMas period . There was no automatic replies activated so I kept calling ( on 30th December I called 22 times during opening hours for Xmas week published on their website- Phone was even hang out once).
However, DHL customs contact me the day after I shipped my boxes and no there were no issues with that. Hence I courier point
have provided conflicting information with customs regards procedure and forbidden items procedure if DHL founds any suspicious item . Courierpoint is not providing clear information about what are the items found . DHL don’t provide clarifica either.
I haven’t been heard and the solution I have been offered from courierpoint is to return all the boxes ( even if they have no issues ) back to the address 12 days after I move out the country (I don’t live in that address anymore )
!!!!!
So far, DHL has prepared all the boxes I sent to be delivered to the home address tomorrow where I don’t live . HELP!
