I have a rare form of MND (PLS) and my walking is deteriorating quite rapidly. I rely totally on my Cool Crutches walking sticks - I have 4 so far.
I wouldn’t use any other sticks - these are so solid and firm, they don’t “click” when I walk, the handle is flat and comfortable to hold.
There are many many different designs and colours or you can create your own.
I now also have a little torch that is made to fit on my stick - I’m so excited about this as I have to cross a busy dark road every day.
I cannot recommend this company enough - they are efficient, helpful, value for money and totally reliable.

We only heard about the Safe Sticks holders on Wednesday morning and ordered them straight away. Incredibly, they arrived before lunchtime on Thursday! Great little invention that will save lots of hassle keeping hubby’s walking stick to hand when sitting at a table. Excellent customer service and excellent product - thank you!!

I ordered a walking stick from Cool Crutches for my elderly father. He had recently fallen and had somehow managed to bend his NHS silver stick.
It arrived quickly and he was thrilled. It's black and sleek and very classy. He wanted to save it for "best" but, at 96, we suggested he should just use it and enjoy it. He says it feels very strong and stable.

I purchased a pair of black carbon effect crutches as I now use crutches daily and they look a lot better than the standard NHS silver ones. They arrived quick and looked nice. However after only 1 month the ferrules grip has completely gone and have slipped over. I now have to purchase more or upgrade to be able to actually use them which I find bad after how expensive they were. The cuffs on the arm could be a bit bigger as they are quite tight.

Game changer! My crutch came just in time for me to attend a hospital appointment on a day that I was feeling particularly unsteady and worried and what a difference it made, i usually use a walking stick but this provided me with so much extra stability and what a joy yo not have any clicking or clunking noises!
Brilliant company, fast delivery and they work to help recycle old walking aids to people in need in other countries so you can return your old sticks in the delivery box and they will be refurbished and reused, awsome!

I managed to get myself signed for a subscription I did not want but the company sorted this out very promptly for me . I love my crutches and the customer care that goes along with any purchases

Fell apart as soon as they arrived, asked to leave a review so I did (giving 3 starts and explaining why) and that review has mysteriously disappeared off of their website.

The crutch - it's just ok.... Haven't been able to use it out and about yet.

Dislocated my shoulder trying to adjust it to my height as the elephant clip was so hard to pull off..

Severely disappointed that the pattern is just a big sticker ( also has air bubbles in places ) also doesn't come with any spare print to put on the bottom of the stick - I usually leave my stick fully assembled at the correct height for day to day use.. so it's essentially 3/4 patterned with a big empty black pole at the bottom..

I already have a plain black crutch that cost me £16.99 so could've put my own sticker on it for under £30 - paid over £80 for this..

Gutted....

I bought a walking stick from you and after a year the foam has split on the handle after not using it a lot as it’s for best so disappointed , I am about to order another one and I can see no where where it can be fixed or if it can

it was great so quick to get my order and very pleased

Amazing customer service! I bought a stick for my Mum so she could stop using her ugly NHS issued stick for a weekend away she has coming up. My original order was out of stock so I was looking a few extra days wait but because I was keen to have it before my Mum goes away, they rushed through having one made for me and it was here within 48 hours!
I’m so impressed with the service and the stick itself is great. My Mum is so pleased and it will make such a difference to her!

My new crutches are brilliant 🤩 I also ordered the stick safe ( which is so handy ) and the extra wide cuff bundle, the cuff covers are brilliant and makes using my crutches that bit more comfortable.

I love cool crutches! Being in my 30s I want a walking stick that represents me and looks as non-clinical as possible. This is the second walking stick I have ordered and I love it. Easy to set to my hight and the don't click when you use them which is great!

My son is over the moon with his collapsible walking stick. It has taken him a long time to come to terms with the fact that he needs a mobility aid but having a modern, sleek and collapsible stick has really helped the situation. The fact that it is height adjustable was the icing on the the cake. He is over 6 foot so a short stick wouldn't have worked! The walking stick was delivered quickly and when we called customer services for some advice a lovely lady was on hand to assist. An excellent quality item. Thank you.
