I ordered a pair of crutches from the company which are lovely and comfy to move with. Unfortunately there was a small issue but the aftercare was fantastic and I was dealt with with so much understanding and kindness.

As a first time user of Coolcrutches, I was able to experience the full range of their customer service. A famiy business. Very professional, you become drawn into a feeling of pride and warmth when you speak to them over the telephone. It shines through their product which for me is comfort and being part of a club called cool crutches. You know you can fet the full customer service experience.

Fabulous crutches. Perfect 👌 miles better than the standard NHS crutches I was previously using. Lightweight, comfortable to grip and look super stylish ...as walking aids go!

Lovely walking stick, it isn’t heavy, it absorbs the shocks and it is quiet!, no click, click as you are walking which is great and the handle is comfortable too.
Customer services is excellent, they are so helpful.

I also ordered the high performance reinforced ferrules. I was impressed with the design and how easy it made my walk down a country lane.
Placed the order on Monday and they arrived on Thursday morning via Royal Mail.

My experience with Cool Crutches has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased two personalised walking sticks, each featuring designs that were very special and meaningful to me. Unfortunately, the personalised finish on both walking sticks began to bubble and peel, making them look worn after only a short period of use.

After a lengthy exchange of emails, Cool Crutches agreed to replace them. However, despite both walking sticks being faulty, they only sent one plain black walking stick instead of replacing the two personalised walking sticks I had paid for. Not only did this fail to resolve the issue, but the replacement wasn’t even personalised. Due to my anxiety and mental health, I found the complaints process overwhelming and simply couldn’t continue pursuing the matter.

More recently, I ordered a replacement strap and soft grip, paying £5.95 for next working day delivery. Four days later, Royal Mail still hadn’t even received the parcel. Although I was repeatedly told the order had definitely left their warehouse, the only response I received was, “We’re just really sorry not to be able to offer more help.”

As a company supplying mobility aids, I expected better quality products and a far higher standard of customer service, particularly towards disabled customers who rely on their equipment. Instead, I have experienced poor product quality, an inadequate resolution to a genuine complaint, and a delivery service that failed to provide the premium service I paid for.

Sadly, I can no longer recommend Cool Crutches and will not be making any future purchases from them.

I have had a walking stick and also a crutch and I have to say initially they were great, however the glitter on the crutch became very tired looking quickly, bearing in mind I cant walk far and only use it when im out and some weeks I dont go out. So for the price ive ended up with just a black crutch the glitter is near to non existent. The glitter on the stick has endured the same usage and is still looking ok but the crutch is awful. Very over priced and poorly made. Feel that you are profiting heavily from disabled folk and I wont be ordering again

If I could leave no stars I would I had the crutches 2 weeks the right cuff kept falling off the crutches pinched every time it fell off someone had to pick it up for me I asked to return told we will send you a replacement cuff and padded item to prevent rubbing as a good will gesture good crutches don’t rub asked for return address ignored crutches are dangerous not fit for purpose don’t waste your money honestly not worth it

These are very thin and do not last.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a bespoke crutch which I received much faster than I thought. Staff helped me when I messed up my order, and sorted it quickly, fast response to all emails.

Cool Crutches is a fantastic company all round. Their products are very well thought out for the end user. I recently bought a stick and stick holders from them and both are very high quality. The handle is by far the most comfortable I’ve had. You choose left or right hand and the handle is shaped to the hand. Perfect.
Of course is love the zebra pattern I chose as black & white is my thing, but the fact that 10% of proceeds goes to a charity for a similar condition to mine was amazing.
I had a small issue with the first stick I was sent, but the customer service I received was top notch, the staff are so kind and caring and nothing is a problem. They immediately replaced the stick and I felt very looked after and cared for. The replacement was absolutely perfect and I love using it.
The stick holders are so simple but are really helpful around the home and when out so your stick doesn’t fall over all the time.
They also sent a flyer saying they work with a charity to send old sticks and crutches to people in need in war torn countries. You have to pay the postage to send them in, but if you put your name and email in the box they will send you 10% off you next purchase. I thought this was a very kind idea and was happy to send them two old sticks.
An absolutely wonderful company and I’ll definitely be buying more products from them in the future. Thanks Cool Crutches.

The best walking sticks! Ok bit over the top but just bought my 8th one!! They are most comfortable ones, love handles and totally love designs!! And like hats can’t have to many walking sticks 😍

I have purchased two sets of Cool Crutches over the past two years - a leopard print set, and a purple set. I just love them!
Such amazing quality which is essential but also just so fun and, obviously, cool!!
The team are great - very quick responses to my emails and also quick delivery.
Will definitely be purchasing again the future but also highly recommend!!

Cool crutches are wonderful. I have a condition that means there are times I have to use mobility aids. I had a summer ball coming up. I usually would just cancel my ticket and get FOMO. well not this year. I couldn't find a crutch that would go with my outfit. I messaged the company and within 4 days I had delivered the sparkling crutch of dreams.
